Subscribed , a lot of carvers assume some degree of prior knowledge , and also make cuts masked by either the tool , hand or excess light , but to actually see the cuts made clearly and giving reasoning behind them makes it so much easier to follow and understand for beginner carvers like myself. Really enjoying so far - keep it going hope to see many more ideas and methods in the future. Thank you.👍

Hello sis, I really enjoy your videos and your talent. Would you please show how to carve the eyes and nose with a knife? I have several gouges but they aren’t sharp enough for these cuts. I appreciate you and I really hope to create carvings that make people smile. Thank you, Tammy

Excellent direct lesson. Also a basic explanation without add ons - i.e. you could also do this.... and we lose the basic instructions. A closeup of the final eye would be an welcome addition. I would be interested in your lessons and how you adapt to the needs of the carvers. However, since you are 14 hours and one country away that will probally never happen. If you ever put up video lessons, I would be interested.
    Thanks,
    Rod

This material is great and has really helped improve my carving! Thank you!
I am wondering if you may be able to do various videos on faces with different emotions? I do happy faces mostly, but want to be able to capture different emotions as well.

In one of your video's you use a tool called the nose poker... I tried to look that up on Treeline couldn't find it... you are using it to carve in the nostril... does it have a different name... Thanks

I just started carving myself, not getting a good view of your carvings, not sure if it is the light or the way the camera is pointing.

Thank you for the feedback. We are working on getting a better setup so the carving is more visible.

What company makes the small gouges that you use for the side of the nose and the nostrils? Where can I purchase them?
