Lol, I love how you test the electric fence. I've done that so many times, it sucks when it gets you and you didn't think it would. Nothing wakes you up like a surprise jolt. On a side note, test it with the back of your hand/fingers, it'll hurt less if it does happen to connect. Trust me on this one.
This reminds me of an old Ren and Stimpy cartoon. XD
It won't hurt as much, but you may also yourself in the face 🤣
Lol I've been got many times .... you gotta be ready for it!!
ahah I noticed that too ive been biten to many times and had a good laugh when i noticed he did that.
Not only hurts less, it keeps you from grabbing it harder due to the electricity causing your muscles to contract.
"I actually studied photography"... and it finally clicks about all the nice visuals and the nouse to put together the videos!
I´m a veterinarian student from Brazil .I found your channel just yesterday and I´m watching all the videos. Bye social life. Great to see what an amazing professsional you are
It’s so cool getting to see your little guys up and excited for there dad and to get ready for work! I’m sure that big guy Steve is a great helper to!! And your wife was absolutely beautiful! Pimples and all! She’s real, that’s what’s beautiful!
Another awesome episode!!! Your shows are such a highlight of my day when they’re out! Your viewers are almost as lucky to have you as your cows!! And the farmers and their families that depend on these animals!👍👍
Aww your family is adorable. Thank you for letting us see a glimpse of the important ppl in your life. That's not always easy, but it just makes you so much more relatable!💜
Thank you I really am a lucky guy. Hopefully mrs hgp will be in it more soon.
Now that explains why your photography, filmmaking and editing skills is pretty neat🥰. Thanks for taking care of the cows and you have such a lovely family 🥰
Just came across your videos. Yeah, the whole electric fence thing? It's not so fun when your young with MEAN cousins! Haha! Love your content!!
Sometimes I wish you could leave in the parts when you scrub the hooves with soapy water. I love the sound and it's super satisfying to see the mess get cleaned off.
👍🏻 😊
I too agree!!
DragonPulse1000 we all in agreement
Then you wouldn't get the messy poop and mud effect 😅
Thank you for giving credits on the music! I love it! My husband was a musician and he really appreciated it when he got credit.
I love to see the updates on the cows you’ve shown before. Always nice to see the progress and a bit of their healing process. But most of all it’s just great to see the cow walking normally again. Good work 👍🏽
I like
Me too ❤️
I think the common thread that binds many of your viewers together is the care you demonstrate. I really enjoy that aspect of your videos, the healing and compassion. 💙💚💛
Excellent! I knew you had photography background. Glad to see your beautiful wife. I love how she just quietly goes about her business while you ham it up for the camera!
Right. Being a woman, I feel like I can probably guess what she’s thinking. Makes it even funnier.
These are some of the best produced videos on CZcams. The music and scenery complement Graeme’s personality perfectly. Thanks 🙏
"Steve is getting a little bit Randy" 😂🤣
8am and still dark wow in Qld Australia gets light at 4.30am great vid hoofman
As anyone else thought that the first part of it said Sam instead of 8am?
I wish sometimes it was still this dark at 8am. I'm in qld too. (A whole year after your comment :) ) and maybe at 5am it slightly dark but never this dark after that.
As someone who loves photography, I love this soooo much thank you!!!
One of the best channels out like how you go above and beyond just hoof trimming
I knew there was an artist in you. Your photography is superb.
Brilliant cinematography! Your use of slow motion, drone, and POV (in all the videos) complement the presentation, and gives it an almost story telling vibe. Keep doing what you do!
Dan Kornfeld I would love to see a dolly zoom on something 😳
Don't forget to show us, how you remove the Plastic Block when she's healed. It looks tough to get them off. Thank you and happy holiday season from Switzerland
Graeme, please tell Mrs. Hoof GP she is absolutely lovely. She has a wonderful smile!
I really like seeing the setup process of the crush, really adds depth to seeing the work you do.
You’ve heard it before but I’ll say it again- I very much enjoy the videos you put together and this song in particular ties it up so nicely. You’re correct in that the scene with the cows eating their steaming breakfast plus the angle of the sun made a great picture.
Wow! Even in the dead of winter here, in the states, we have more light than that!
Just want to say my husband and I laugh so hard when you change your voice and talk from the cows point of view...just hilarious! Have you ever played a real instrument and captured their reaction that might be fun? Keep up the great videos! XOXO (that means kisses and hugs kisses and hugs) 🤗
No but I could try that!
Love your follow up videos. Southern Ontario Canada, sunrise is 7:56pm and sunrise 5:01 am. I remember being in Scotland in winter with nieces and nephews going to and from school in the dark, further North in Edinburgh. Don't mean to rub it in but when you are peeling your eyelids open, to wake up, with 5 hours time difference, we still have a lot of sleeping to do. Absolutely love the cows in the mist photos, and love seeing your family.
Not depressing when we get to watch your videos. I'd love to see more of Mrs. Hoof GP. Even with a spotty chin.
.... shes MAD at me for putting that in the video!!!
... I should take her trimming with me one day!
@@TheHoofGP You should! I bet she's not MAD at all that sweet, sweet CZcams advertising dough that is sure to roll in. Love the videos. Thanks.
@@TheHoofGP she shouldn't be mad ; it's nice to see her as she seems lovely
The Hoof GP - no one ever looks at her as critically as she looks at herself! Remind her she’s perfect as she is.
@@TheHoofGP Don't know why she's mad at you Graeme... she's a bonney scots lassy. So what she's got a plooke on her chin could be worse could be on her bum n she could nae sit doooon lol xxx
I can’t tell you how much I look forward to your videos. I enjoy them all. I learn sounded each time. I watch you start a new trim and try to find the problem before you point it out. It’s how I learn.
Thank you so much.
I've got to visit Scotland and try some of this milk from such well kept cows.
🥽 🍩🥽🍩🥽🍩🥽🍩
That made me lol 😂
Great to see Mrs Hoof GP in this vid.. zit & all!! Don’t worry Ashley you looked gorgeous! 👌🏻
Silage = cow porridge 🐮 🥣
So, THAT explains the beautiful cinematography!!!❤️ Not such an amateur after all. 😉 Congratulations on another great video. From 🇨🇦 living and married to my man in 🇺🇸.
I am always genuinely impressed by the way you can do delicate work with a power tool, that is incredible skill and care. Not to mention that the knife-work is also quick and precise.
Good looking family Dr. Hoof GP
Cows are just so cute. Their faces are just adorable to me
You have such a beautiful wife and family. I really wish you and your while family a lifetime of love, happiness, and health. Great video
Wow, to see you happy, I love you. happy family my name is mustafa 25 years old
She's healing nicely my friend, awesome job.
You are special Graeme, I mean that! Thanks for bringing your life to us ...
Merry Christmas. I told you some time ago that my mum used to live in wigtown. She passed away 9 years ago on the 17th of December, so i am not keen on this time of year as well. I love being in Scotland when the days are shorter, and if on a clear night you can see all the stars. Nothing better than that. Hope you have a great Christmas with your family. Keep the videos coming, I love watching them.
That’s so sad. I’m sorry for your loss. I still have both my parents, and I dread the day when I can’t say that anymore. The longer I have them, the more I’m dreading it.
I started on a degree in graphic design with heavy emphasis on photography. I didn't finish, but I still love photography. I really appreciate all your beautiful footage and the things we get to see through your camera.
PS. That cow was ticklish. Lol
Glad to see she's doing better. You've done another great job.
Funny, I was wondering if you ever had need to grind down the orange blocks. And here you are doing just that. Lol. I live the way you teach by explaining every step of the process.
Yeah, I enjoyed the set up of the crush. I didn't know it was light enough to move by hand. That floored me.
It really is great to see someone who enjoys and cares for his job. It is a pleasure to watch you and pleasant to see an animal feeling better and on the road to recovery.
It’s a beautiful sunrise. Thank you for reminding me to focus on the things in life
The playlist/music is half the reason I watch...I think.
It is daylight about 6:30 a and dusk about 5:30p. I will keep what we got thx. Oh yes, Happy Holidays from Llano, Texas
Thanks for caring so much for these wonderful creatures!
I'm going to nag you. PUT YOUR GLASSES ON! I've just literally (Monday morning) had eye surgery. Never been so scared of surgery in my life. Still can't see out of left eye but had brilliant surgeon. Never take eyesight for granted. You owe it to yourself and your family. Great channel . Take care all the best. 👍☺
This will sound like I'm lying .... but .... that cow was honestly the ONLY cow I trimmed yesterday without my glasses on!! I promise
@@TheHoofGP 😉good . Glad of your success and popularity. So deserving as you so obviously work hard and are backed by a loving family. Doesn't get any better. (Well apart from winning the lottery ! )😃joking no comparison 👍
I just recently stumbled across your channel. I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed. You show such great care and compassion to the cows and it does my heart good to see it. It’s said that you can truly judge the character of a man by how he treats his fellow animals. This is oh so true! Love your videos not only for your work with the cows, but also for sharing your beautiful countryside with us. The scenery is simply magical and you do a wonderful job showcasing it. Bravo Graeme!!
1:47 At first, I understood you to be saying, "It's just before ATM. "
And I thought what does that have to do with anything? 🤣
Cheers to you and entire lovely family! 🤗
No sun until 8 am...😍😍 I'm a night owl, I would love that!! Enjoy your videos so much.
You studied photography! Now the great cinematography makes so much sense. 🙌🏻
Thanks for everything Hoff GP in Name of the cows/Bulls that can't thanks You
It’s always invigorating in the early morning to stand in the dark, damp and cold and do the ‘Wellie Dance’…. It gets the blood flowing and the muscles warmed so we can sip a coffee and wish the animals good morning….then to the poop of things…which is basically what our lives boil down to every day.
well I like the family remembering video makes people remember their love one and not so loved ones But it Was very Good for everyone living..granny 89 yr.
Can’t fail if you sing the Beatles!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. I’m 66, so Beatles forever.
Jean Cater I’m 66 , I thought I loved Paul mc cartney lol
Jules K Oh, me too!
Who knew trimming hoofs would be so fascinating
That’s it!!! I’m gonna send you some money to buy apples or peaches for the babies!!! That way they can have a snack for being so good! I’m so happy that the baby is doing so much better.
I really like how you really really care for the cows a very nice way to start the Day....Thank you for the care you take with and animal that a lot of people forget is so very important to life for a lot of people....
I always watch the video the 1st time to see what it's about then I watch it again to pay more attention to your work and photography and then I watch it again to just enjoy it. Your videos are a blessing. Thank you.
Good to see this girl is better.
You make the mama moos happy..🐄🐄🐄

Love the music. Also the ending on this episode was beautiful to watch.
u have a lovely family! i envy where ur located..its also glorious. i live in the desert southwest in the united states, but i wss "made in dagenham" in London..and i slowly traveked across the U.S. as i grew up. there's lots if beauty here too..but Scotland has a call to me. u r a lucky man, and tell the wife we couldn't see a blemish at all. love ur videos so much!! the music choices are soothing. thankyou for the hard work.
This dude is a good person, make great videos keep em coming buddy
It was so lovely ❤ to see your wife and sons at home!! I can't believe how quickly that cow's hoof healed. Proves time and again to catch problems early. Your follow care up is amazing. I believe that the days of cattle prods, shoving sticks and using whips should be a thing of the past. We have knowledge on how to manage them using their own instincts. All animals.
Your intros are so cheerful they brighten up my day
It really is good to follow the process of treatment and healing. And the light and steam and cows was beautiful.
Yes! I loved the steam and cows too!
Aha!!!! You've done a photography course! No wonder you have such a good eye for photos, videos n drone footage! Great stuff!
Beautiful video and I'm happy to see the cow is doing much better! Lol she did not want to see you again.
Precious family Graeme!
Soo happy you posted! It has made my day!!! Sending love from Pike NY!!
Wow after watching some other videos of hoof trimming it really shows how good you are at your job. You really do amazing work, great job!
I am glad she is doing better! And the shot was a great one with the breath rising. Lol.
I love the way you do your job. And the way you talk. God bless you
I am so glad you DID NOT quit your job. I enjoy watching you interact with the cattle, fix their injuries and comment on life in general. I'm a Texan but had the privilege of visiting Scotland in 2016 and saw where my family roots had come from. It was enchanting!. I think your two years of photography classes have paid off well. Your vidieos are very well done and you have really captured the rough beauty of the land that I saw and admired so much myself.
I stumbled across the channel by accident, and have been hooked ever since. Its been a joy to watch you, and the way you interect with the cows as well. Your videos alone have made me want to trim hooves as a profession; well done, bub!
No clue why I like trimming cows feet so much... I think it is you.. good job... you are funny,, so honest.. the jokes are good,,, you are funny
You should ask people to comment as that really helps your you tube algorithm too. Once I found out that commenting helps the you tubers that I admire/respect, I try to comment each time. Even if it’s just to say ‘ great episode ‘ so thank you, Great episode. I like when I’m asked honestly to comment as it helps the episode get more attention rather than when youtubers feign interest in something and ask people to comment, pretending to care when really it’s just about getting the comments. I admire your honesty. ( Obviously I have hang ups about being taken advantage of. )
Great job Graeme! She looks much better.
Great video Super Photographer GP! So great to see how she healed up. The torch you use to heat the blocks and the hooves to set your glue better sure does the trick. You're almost at 10,000 pounds for your new crush! Can you put that down on the dream crush and make payments? We can keep donating for ya to make the payments....just a thought. Until next time.....happy trimmin' 🤜🤛👋👉🐮👈
I'm glad she doing better now. Nice job 👏 👍 👌 😀
Enjoy so much watching you at work!
After watching quite a few hoof trimmers on youtube, they apl leave the blocks with overhanging sections. Rather than matching the entire block to the cow's hoof, the overhang would cause the block and glue to take large amounts of pressure with each step throughout the day. With your blocks, you make sure that the block is perfectly meshed with the hoof so that the block becomes an extension of the existing horn. The way you apply and set them leaves little (if any) pressure for the glue and block to take themselves. Just my observation. Take it how you will.
I'm from liverpool i live in the philippines love this chanel nice to see your family life 👍
Nice to see the progress.
A very different life change to photography indeed and the herd are all the happier for it! Thanks Graeme.❤️🇦🇺🏴
Yay!! I’m so glad she’s doing so well. Can’t wait to see the final update. ❤️ Please keep up the great work and awesome vids!
Love the care you give to these Cows feet. Thank you for sharing!
I love your videos and what you do for these cows. Just a thought, you may wanna mix the music up some because the same line of the same song over and over again gets a wee bit on the tedious side. Cheers!
Thank you for your compassion for these animals. You rock!
Just wanted to say I just found your channel and love how devoted you are to helping animals.
Thanks for sharing your adventures!
So glad she is getting better x
I love your little family!!!
I’m so glad she is doing so well, great job. And always good to see the follow ups. ❤️
Love your photography, drone & still skills.
Beautiful photography. Beautiful Cows.
I love to watch till the very end to see your beautiful scenery. Thanks.
Wow, thought we had short days in the winter .. sunrise 7ish sunset 4:45 ....( 9 hours day light) ... you have really short days . Another great video of course , like the music moving the cow 😆
