Yeah out of combat means out of combat, not just off the field. This sequence is for Tower to start with a big nuke and overworld farming. It does nothing beyond the first rotation. It stops working the moment you start a fight.
Just don’t mix this game with your tashy mindset like genshin its all about enjoyment if you like the character pull if u don’t how good it is doesn’t matter

@@igerd4424 I could see that. The intro Outo is a really good mechanic. So she should still be a sub dps in the future
s2 only at the start of the fight. whole team must be swapped out, so essentially end of the fight
