The Adelphi eh? My uncle used to be a chef there back when it was considered a very posh hotel. If it was built in 1914 though none of the Titanic passengers would have stayed there as the Titanic sunk in 1912.
It was originally supposed to be docked at Liverpool but it ended up just being in Southampton meaning the first class passengers staying in Liverpool would of had to travel down last minute

More than 1 hour train delay - i.e.. arrive more than one hour after you were scheduled to arrive if your booked train had been on time - you're entitled to a FULL refund under government train delay legislation.
I stayed in the LiverPods on Bold street for Goodison last season, cost about £70 a night, and i seriously wanted a spectrum of pennecillin and tetanus shots after leaving 😂🤣 there were no staff, you got text a door code for a code lock on the front door, and a pin for a key locker in the hall... No reception, No staff on site... You go straoght into a stairwell, Get the key, upstairs to the room, which has a bed, a bin, and a fridge, ensuite toilet and a sink which steadily leaked onto the floor even when not in use... (I found that one out the hard way after leaving a pair of jeans on the floor)... And a street full of 4am bars and takeaways outside the single glazed windows... I ended up fashioning ear plugs out of toilet paper.... By far the worst place I've ever stayed.
This could very well be our last match at Goodison. I think they will get relegated to be quite honest, and their new stadium is due just 2 from now... So enjoy our last match at that historic park Adam lad - and HWTL!!!
