Overnight chia pudding
- 1/4 cup chia seed

Annie hope you are able to relax prior to the big day! When things are settled it would be really cool to hear a bit more about how to stop grazing and the balanced mindset in a diet like the 80/20 rule you mentioned. Not being a perfectionist or too lazy either, but be effective with weight loss.
