Recipes
Avocado sauce for zoodles
- 1 avocado
- 2 garlic cloves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Handful of fresh basil / cilantro / parsley / herb of choice..
- 1/3 cup water (more or less depending on desired thickness)
Blend all on high until creamy and smooth.
Gorgonzola sauce for gnocchi
- 1/2 cup cashews (pre-soaked in hot water for 10 minutes)
- 2 pcs garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup water (more or less depending on desired thickness)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (add more if prefered)
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Salt + pepper to taste

When I left my home of 15 years I went through each room, thanked it, gave it a hug and closed the door. Someone suggested this to me as a way of closure and I thought it was odd but it really did help. We can appreciate all the laughter and the tears that make up our journey while leaving them behind to become fond memories.
I do it all the time whenever I move out of an apartment. I am a very sentimental person.. so moving out is emotionally exhausting ...but this helped me a lot to get that closure....I thank each rooms and wish all happiness for the new tenants..!! 😊🙏🏼😊!

I was in a same situation like you two, I moved out an apartment I've been living in for 6 years. Even though I'm moving to a better apartment, a lot of great memories still ties me with that old place. One crying eye, and one laughing eye, thats exactly how I felt.
