We installed 12x of these in a building we built. They are garbage, they have been slowly breaking. Yes, you can drill through them. And that is exactly what you have to do when they break because there is no key when the electronics break. The app does not work, take a look at the reviews on iOS. They are confusing for people to use and not a good solution.

ya, mine doesn't work just like in the video...
figured it out. don't activate the keypad by covering it before hitting the check mark. so, twist your phone and press where the check mark is located without really being able to see it...kind of a dumb design but it works alot better than the Kevo junk I had before.
Haha the Bluetooth didnt work!!
