And i would not go so far back in the movement. This can damage the shoulder and is little benifit to the chest. The most important part of this exercise is the squeeze and hold at the end. Not the best instructual video. But at least instead of complaini g about peoples videos he has made the effort to make one.

We were always taught to bend the knee`s and keep the legs level, head up, less chance of damaging your lower spine once you start doing the larger weights.

For all the ' know-it-alls' commenting... the dude is articulate, being straight forward and diciplined. This vid is for advanced body-builders AND 'dummies' alike. The 'cross-over' in the name refers to crossing the centerline of the deltoid group, not 'crossing your hands, boneheads. This IS the correct way of doing cable crossovers. Many of you have no idea of how badly you can injure yourself when doing some of these things incorrectly. Carry on livestrong. Nicely done.

This is not cable crossover this is pectoral fly. You even made a vid about that: czcams.com/video/Z57CtFmRMxA/video.html It's the exact same motion. Cable crossover requires you to cross the cables tightening the chest as you do that.
