  • Soluble fiber is great for your gut and overall health, reducing your risk of heart disease by lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol and helping you balance your blood sugar levels. Soluble fiber will feed your probiotics in your gut building your immune system and helping other organs. If you’re looking to lose weight and shed the pounds, soluble fiber will do wonders for you.

Chia seeds contain quercetin, an antioxidant that can reduce your risk of developing several health conditions, including heart disease. The seeds also high in fiber, which can help to lower high blood pressure and, in turn, reduce your risk of developing heart disease👍

While I agree with a majority of what you said here, I have to add I'm very experienced with both weight loss and weight gain. Simply reducing your calories might work for just a little while if you can accomplish that, but your metabolic thermostat will turn down to keep it's bodyweight thermostat so to speak.
Once you gain weight and have kept it on for a while, this becomes your body's new preferred weight. It takes drastic changes to change that. I did keto (and held back ALSO on the fat) for while and it worked ok. Lost a lot of weight but it took a while.
Water fasting is what lopped of the fat for me, detoxed me and changed my body's thermostat to more of what it used to be before I had gained so much fat. After a 10 day fast, my appetite permanently went back down to what it was before, because my body's thermostat changed.
I just want people to realize that while eating as whole food a diet as possible and practical for you is mandatory for a majority of us who want to have good health, simply introducing fiber into your diet is not necessarily going to make that much of a difference in weight loss.

In the country I live in, this opportunism has always continued.
