Every collection he has designed since coming to Vuitton, I always have the same thought, before Nicolas left Balenciaga his last couple of collections seemed he was exploring some type of futuristic, interplanetary type concepts, and it seems ( to me ) that every collection he has designed so far at Vuitton is some how concepts he would have done if he stayed at Balenciaga. Vuitton now seems strange to me and confusing, after Marc Jacobs. But of course I know, fashion has to move forward, thank God , this house has the handbags to keep them afloat, lol,

I agree. The oversized Coussins and oversized Pouchettes were the only aspect of this collection that I liked.
@@songsenkei I as well liked most of the bags shown in this collection, but it seems that unlike during Marc Jacobs days at Vuitton, where the bags were just as important as the clothes, now the bags a after thought.

It was not terrible, but it is still one of the worst of the season
It's like a circus ! Nicolas knows how to put outcasts on a pedestal. Kuddos to him, loving to stomping, love everything. Outstanding. But I'd feel bad spending that much on clothes, bags and shoes and wearing them especially on the street meeting homeless people begging for money. There way too many of them in Paris.

I dont know why but they feel like theyre wearing art supplies. Almost to the point where the clothes just feel like containers for the body. I really like it though! It seems to me that the models were walking pretty fast and kind of stomping and I think it added to the sense of 'bigness' in the clothes.
The clothes and shoes leave much to be desired. But they are know for their handbags and luggage. In this case, the handbags are a plus.
