Ingredients (Family Pot Size):
1/2 Cabbage Head
10 pcs shallots
1/2 cup dried prawns
8 pcs red chili
A pinch of dried belacan
1 + 1/2 packet coconut milk (santan)
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
10-15 pcs fried beancurd (fucuk)

Grandma Alice, this used to be my fav food by my grandma, used to cook with sambal ikan bilis, I’ve lost my grandma for some years now, but looking at you cook, I so get reminded of her, she was Indian but speaks Teochew/ Hokkien and she had Parkinson’s too, thank u for bringing back memories, will cook this for my kids Tomorrow for sure
