Ingredients (Family Serving Size):
- 5 slices of Ikan Kurau
- 5 lime leaves
- 6 eggs
- 1 packet coconut milk (santan)
- 20 pcs of daun kaduk leaves (about 1 plate) - optional
- Banana leaf
- Salt & pepper to taste
Blend:
- 2 pcs of tumeric
- 3 stalks of serai
- 6 pcs of lengkuas
- 1 bowl of shallots
- 1 bowl of dried chili (boiled to remove seeds)
