It’s annoying when these politicians are only worried about themselves, where were they last year , early this year and when primaries were held?

The DNC also would not support, financially, any other candidate. They "fixed" it thinking Biden would win. He won the primaries because he ran against himself, but the turnout in each state was dismal compared to former years. That should have been a sign to support other candidates.

Proposed Costitutional Amendment XXVIII
Section 1. No person shall be eligible to the Office of President, Vice President, or any other public office who has been adjudicated by a court of law as having committed any of the following offenses:
1. Sexual assault, harassment, or other forms of sexual misconduct, as defined by federal or state law.
2. Fraud, including but not limited to falsification of business records, as defined by federal or state law.
3. Repeated and willful dissemination of lies and misinformation, as documented by credible fact-checking organizations and adjudicated by an appropriate judicial or independent oversight body.
4. Giving aid and comfort to enemies of the United States, as defined under Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution regarding treason.
5. Any felony, as defined by federal or state law.
Section 2. A Citizens' Oversight Commission, comprised of randomly selected citizens from across the United States, shall have the exclusive authority to review and adjudicate any challenges related to the eligibility of candidates for public office under this amendment. Members of this commission shall serve limited terms and be subject to strict ethical guidelines to ensure impartiality.
Section 3. The decisions of the Citizens' Oversight Commission shall be final and binding, and Congress or the Supreme Court shall have no authority to overturn or interfere with its rulings.
Section 4. This amendment shall apply to any individual who seeks to hold public office after the date of its ratification, regardless of whether the adjudication occurred before or after such date.
Section 5. The Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation, and the failure of Congress to act shall not impede the enforceability of this amendment by the judicial or oversight bodies outlined herein.
