- Cellphone video captured the moment a man slapped a child with autism for touching his car in Pacoima. Alfredo Morales, 10, and his older sister were crossing the street when the boy reached out and touched the emblem on the man’s Mercedes-Benz sedan.
That's when the man turned his car around to confront them.

There should be some sort of insurance policy for parents with children with mental disorders. If your kid breaks 100 TVs at Best Buy, that “my kid has autism” story may not hold up in court. There should be protections for the parents, the children, and also people affected by the behavior of these children who sadly can’t control themselves. We can’t just immediately attack others for reacting to people they don’t know are sick.
I have said that for years. Liability insurance should be required while in public. Years ago one of my cars was damaged in a parking lot when the parents of a down syndrome child let the kid push the shopping cart.

@@Jissip I think OP is referring to both the parents & the sister.. the sister did not grab or hold him so he would not wreck the car, and the parents let the boy go with the sister who wasn’t able to prevent this situation from initially happening.
How do you know she didn’t grab him… At this point the little boy what he did was wrong without knowing it was wrong. As far as that man he knew exactly what he was doing. So yeah parents are responsible to paying the damages but are they responsible for their child to be hit…
@Di_777 He should have just sued the family instead of hitting the kid. He is the adult and should be mature or have the self control not to strike anyone. @@ThaNarc How cheap of a fix? The emblem alone is $95 from Mercedes plus the one hour minimum labor which is $125 to $175 per hour at the dealer so we are already up to $220 to $270 and often times when hood ornaments are yanked hard the hood will have distortion around the base of the ornament so now you can add $1000 or more to repair the hood which takes time so factor in a rental vehicle and any time lost by the vehicle owner and it gets real expensive real quick.
A few months ago I was sitting in my car taking on the phone in a parking lot when a Dodge charger backed out of the spot across from me and backed Into the front of my car, I back that car in since the trunk is the front. The damage looked minor to the person who just hit me, both of my front indicator lights were broken by the chargers exhaust tips and my bumper cover was cracked. The person that hit me tried to pay me a few hundred dollars to keep it off insurance and that was when I showed the person that just one front indicator light was $4900. The total repair cost was $21,000 for a bumper cover and 2 indicator lights and that is for a 1989 car.

this one is tough. yes the man should have never put his hands on a child. yes that's wrong, However, that child did technically did vandalize his vehicle by messing up the emblem, and you have to keep in mind, he was probably very angry at that moment, hints why he did just a slap, but the homeless family needs to do a better job with the child with autism. he shouldn't be touching people property in general without permission, sick or not it's just not right. Him having a condition shouldn't excuse him from what he did, and with how the mischievous children are at the moment, the man probably thought the kid was just bring a troublemaker. You guys should also leave the man alone, let him live his life. he didn't severely beat him up or anything, it's just a small slap, like a parent would to their children. you guys really don't have anything better to do if you go to this mans house.

@@user-jh4qv7gu9k YES! My mother DISCIPLINED me as a child not to yell and scream, touch things, run around restaurants, sit quietly in movie theaters, airplanes, busses, etc. …..PARENTING used to happen!!
@@eddieg6436 I was eating lunch the other day at Farmer Boys and this Hispanic couple was eating while their 5 year old child with down syndrome is running from one empty booth to another jumping up and down will screaming as loud as possible and they just ignored the behavior. I was eating in a chair at a small table and I was about to take a drink of my soda and as I raised by cup the girl ran down the aisle where I was sitting and her head hit my elbow which launched the drink out of my hand all while the parents were showing each other stuff on their phones and after she launched my drink she ran into the kitchen and I hear a metal crashing noise which was the girl running into a stainless steel prep table knocking everything over and the corner of the table made a 2" long deep laceration to the girls forehead and the parents never turned around. I had to point the parents out to the manager.
@@ChrisHarding-lk3jj I believe that it has to do with the parents immegration status If the parents are legally in the United States Then the parents know what respect is Because the parents respectfully came to the United States But if the parents are illegally in the United States The parents don't care about respect So the parents don't teach their children any respect and as the parents have that disrespectful attitude that you just do what you want and society is just a free for all That is why the illegal alien parents teach that disrespectful attitude to their children
