Hi, Shehzad.I am from India. I have watched many of your podcasts in last few months. I enjoyed watching few podcasts even when I was not really interested in the topic! When I tried to find reason for that the answer I got is-it is somewhat rare to find person with very good common sense along with good intelligence, good logical mind and who is also concerned about suffering of others. So when I find such a person I enjoy his company even if I am not interested in the topic. Thanks for the podcasts. Please keep on doing the good work.

Suneel Munj is a simple yet forward person, I like his can-do attitude, he's a guy anyone would love to sit down and have a chat with.
Plus I disagree with a lot of the comments on him being opinionated, I think if you ever have a discussion with him, he'd be more than glad to give you space to talk, acknowledge things in a certain context and associate respectfully.
All in all, a great podcast once again, Mr. Suneel is a remarkable guy, and so are you Shahzad. Hats off.

I agree with Suneel Munj. We live in a Capitalist world, and the people who run it, engineer ways to make money by exploitation.
One example is that in 1950s and 60s when the Car sale boom hit the US, the big car production companies bought the public transport companies, which ran the trams and metro buses, and shut them down. Nobody did anything to stop it.
In Pakistan there are easy and far cheaper ways to make such maneuvers. Simply buy the head of the government.

The problem with us South Asians is that we get into political and social activism and don’t stick to our profession. Why should he dismiss Covid vaccines? Just because his sales were impacted, he linked his religion to it. This is how we justify our religious stance: if I engage in 10 things against my religion, I will keep quiet. If I do one thing that somehow aligns with our religion in some way, I will drum about it, to show how devout I am.

I have seen Suneel Munj several times now on different podcasts & I have observed that he rarely gives straight answers to the questions being asked. He deviates from the topic often, makes illogical arguments, talks as if he knows everything, but in reality comes across as overconfident & delusional.
For example, when he talks about why people send remittances to Pakistan. Suneel says that they send remittance back to Pakistan because they feel that Pakistan is a land of opportunities. The reality is that their families need that money desperately to get that financial support. It has nothing to do with love for their country. People come back because they do labor jobs & once they make enough money, they come back because they can’t stay in gulf forever without any citizenship rights or property buying rights. Plus at some point they want to stay with their families. Suneel Munj makes a completely illogical & delusional argument in the podcast.
Don’t even get me started on his vaccine stance & not being allowed to vote stance. So ridiculous.

Some Indian in the comment said Pakistanis like to buy Land Rover, blah blah blah... first of all if you see our Northern area videos we only use Jeep, and Toyota land cruiser etc, no one uses Land Rover, we used to use Land Rover before the Cruiser came along.
Secondly, Tata may own Land Rover, but its stil not an India company, the top designers, engineers, marketers, etc are all European, British etc and it will remain an English brand.
The only reason TATA owns it is because TATA made a lot of money selling garbage inside India when Indian politicians prevented foreign makers to sell or make in India... So no need to brag, this is not an Indian company, and there is a segement in society that buys them only to drive within the city to malls etc....
Its very ironic Land Rover got sold when so many new designs were on the horizon, with newer technologies, but here in the US, its still not considered reliable, still cannot compete with a Lexus or Toyota etc....

What are you even Bragging about. Even if Tata sells garbage in it's net worth is still more than the GDP of Pakistan. You Don't have any international standing in the world as evident by your 4th weakest passport in the world and a PKR currency which is worse than even toilet paper. So Pakistanis should never talk of reliability and quality. You guys are so incompetent that you had to sell your Washington embassy because u couldn't pay your diplomats. The only achievement you have is having successfully begged IMF record 23 times

The reason many people choose not to come back and live the rest of their lives abroad is because there is an infrastructure that caters to them unlike in pakistan. And those who come back at a later stage in their life want to spend that enormous amount of money (enormous due to exchange rate) with their family and spend what little time they have left alive with their entire khandaan

Income tax is immoral. Income tax is slavery. If someone is earning money then consumption of that money, most likely, will also happen sales tax is on consumption while income tax is on labour.

Suneel is wrong that everyone that leaves Pakistan eventually returns. Only labour class that go to Gulf countries return because Gulf countries do not give citizenship.
If mayor of London was born in London, then it us because his parents born in Pakistan did not return.
In any case, even if you go by his theory that they return after 40 years adter amassing huge savings, how does that make Pakistan a land of opportunity? They went abroad to earn because for them opportunity to earn in Pakistan did not exist.
