What! Who said John Wick 3 & 4 are not good? All the John Wick movies are great! The action in these movies just keep getting better and better. And John Wick 4 is amazing!
The point John is trying to make when he says “I’m not that guy anymore” isn’t that he can’t do the job physically, not that he isn’t capable of being an assassin. It’s that he doesn’t want to. He left that life behind him when he got married, found peace. He keeps trying to get out because he’s not mentally that guy, but everybody else keeps dragging back in.
The head bodyguard in part 1 was one of the Agents and choreography experts in The Matrix, and the doctor in parts 1/3 is the Keymaster from The Matrix 2.
Idk who said 3/4 aren't as good but they're tripping. I think the John Wick movies just keep getting progressively better with each installment. Each movie pushes the boundary a little further and builds upon the lore as well. You should definitely watch them all.

The survivors tell stories about how they heard John growling and tearing everyone apart which is really shooting the big goon at the beggining where he was shot in the knees and let out growls like a monster. He comes out of the shadows and only let's you see him when he wants you to.

All of them are good movies. Some are better than others, some can be more enjoyable without thinking to much about the flaws, but none of them are bad movies.

These movies are a masterclass of everything you expect from an action/ gun shooting/ assassin type franchise. John is the one above them all and so respected and feared that it's insane how well he takes them all on. Even with the bruises, the gun shots, and the scars from battle, he just excels at it and tried so hard to step away from that life. But 3 and 4 are just as action packed and inventive with the kills and the story. It's a super franchise and it's awesome the way they made it.
One thing I love about Winston is that he knows John won die but as he is the Manger he will put in the order to kill himbut in his head heś like oooo see you in 2 days John¨😂😂

a lot of ppl missed the message of these movies cause all they see are the badass action whish i love also but the message in these movies are teaching the viewers about the choices we make in life and the consequences of them. its just that in this case its about joining gangs and such since the John Wick world if fake and all, the same rules apply. you can't ever get out once your in. it just doesn't happen. this life will follow you. even if you choose the other side and fight for good like being a police force. if you take down an organization, you're always looking over your shoulder expecting some sort of retaliation cause that's just life and the choice of doing that job moral of this, be careful of the choices you make :)
