Worst injury
When I was two in 2009 I was it in the head by a BMW(the car) and it ran over my leg. I was transport from my home village in West Sussex to my nearest hospital, where I was transported via air ambulance to King’s Cross hospital in London. I was hospitalised for two months eating McDonalds out of a straw. I had multiple operations and the doctors forced a blood clot in my leg, making on leg longer than the other. I also suffered brain damage to the back of my brain and gained scars all over my head. To make it worse at the age of 11 I was diagnosed with Autism.
Love the episodes, always brighten my morning when I listen on Spotify whilst I walk 50 minutes to college.😂

Was in primary school and was jumping over benches with our hands behind our backs, because why not. After a few rounds the inevitable happened and I tripped and scraped my face across the floor. I then proceeded to run around the school field screaming for my mum while blood ran from my face. There are still light scars.
Chopped the top of my little finger off in a door when I was 3 nail and all gone it grew back. Door slammed on finger when I went out to see my dad who was speaking to a guy across the road and I had left the backdoor open so there was a sort of wind tunnel through the house which made the front door shut on my finger. Side note about 4 years ago I kicked a door and broke my little sisters fingers when she had put them in the gap behind it whilst I was practicing kicking on the door

Back when I was in primary school me and my mate found a bungee cord at his house and we hooked it on a baby tree we thought it would be funny to pull it back as far as we can to try pull the tree out. Result. The tree didn’t come out. we let go, it swung round and hit my eye. Went blind for a year and still slowly healing 15 years after.

Cracked my skull and cut my head open cos a mate of mine through a rather large rock, a boulder even, over a hedge and I happened to be on the other side of the hedge and it hit me directly on the top of the head.
Worst injury. I was 10 years old and decided to climb over a park fence rather than simply open it. I struggled to get over. In the meantime, my older brother who was 13 at the time, approached the fence and started vigorously shaking it repeatedly. Ignoring my cries to stop, he carried on which resulted in me falling and breaking my wrist in 4 places and a concussion. His excuse later was he saw my shoes alone wedged in the fence and was shaking it to remove them.

The worst injury I got was breaking my scaphoid playing football in school. Then i played 4 months of rugby on it, meaning I needed a bone graft and 2 pins put in, followed by 12 weeks in cast

Whilst attending a Russel group university I decided to humble myself and work on construction sites during the long summer holidays. Work consisted of being bullied all day day. Due to the fact I pronounced words correctly and could form coherent sentences. One day I was using the portaloo (you can imagine the condition of this) and someone decided to lob a brick at the roof. This caused a loud bang; which resulted in me clamping my jaw together and my tooth splitting in half. I had to hold in a tear whilst watching half my front tooth fall to the floor of the soiled WC
my worst injury was when i was in portugal for rolling loud. we booked a catamaran boat a few days after the festival and stopped near the end of the trip to go paddle boarding for a bit. i fell off the paddle board and it flipped over, and as it did, i split half my hand open off the fin at the bottom. at least it was near the end of the holiday

When I was 14 years old I was watering the plants in my garden. Let me preface this by saying that our garden hose was one of the extendable kind with the thick rubber stretchy inner tube and a woven outer protective layer, allowing the hose to stretch by around 5x in length when the water is switched on due to the pressure. Now I had finished watering the plants, and in order to carry the length of hose from the end of the garden to the tap and stow it away I coiled it several times around my shoulder and neck. I then proceeded to go to the tap, and without a second thought I slipped my arm from under the hose and switched the water off. This meant that 20 coils of hosepipe rapidly contracted with what felt like tonnes of elastic force, constricting not only my airways but blood supply to my brain. I remember seeing my reflection in the kitchen window, and then the void after 3 seconds. I remember waking up with an air ambulance landed in my back yard to be rushed to hospital. My dad had got home just in time from work and managed to cut it off me with a stanley knife, but all the blood vessels in my face and eyes had burst meaning I looked like a purple demon with red eyes. Luckily I was fine though, and I still water the garden to this day. And thats the story of how I nearly killed myself with a hosepipe.
I’ve actually got a story for that question. So on like 8th or 9th birthday, I was quite ill, and my parents didn’t want me going outside, but I didn’t listen. Anyway, on my way to a football pitch, I tore my groin cycling (as a 9 year old btw) and literally couldn’t walk for 3 weeks

Worst injury - The big basket swings you get on parks with the netting in the base, I was stood on top of the basket as my mates were swinging me as high as they could. I slipped and fell through at the top of one of the swings so my legs were dangling through the bottom, snapped my leg. Then went up and snapped it in another place on the second fall.

One time in school, I was in year 9 or 10, I was playing football in PE during 2nd block and I tore what I think was my hip flexor and the school nurse told me man up and sent me back to lessons. I proceeded to limp around school all day with my hip popping in and out of place everytime I went up or down any stairs, the doctors then put me on crutches for 2 weeks…overall I’d say be careful tryna twat tye ball top corner from the half way line 🤟🏻 love the radio show
my worst injury happened while i was getting off the bus after school one day and ran to the back end of the bus to give it the biggun to my mates sitting at the back, next thing i feel one of the worst pains ever
on my foot, the 20 tonne bus is on it, the bus driver has drove over my fucking foot. not only that but he does this at an incredible slow pace, almost purposely trying to inflict as much pain on me as possible. i instinctively try to pull my foot out and in doing so i fall backwards, left sitting on the damp ground watching my mates laugh and look back at me. broken toe and -437 aura points. not a good day.
worst injury? i cut my side open from waist to armpit after i fell off my bed trying to balance on the post on the headboard

I broke my collar bone the day after I finished my GCSEs in a rugby match. As you’d assume I was told to take it easy for 6-8 weeks but I decided it would be a brilliant idea to go and get high for the first time in a random field. After I got extremely high about 200 people showed up and because it was covid I started panicking thinking the police would show up. About 5 minutes later I saw what I thought was the police turning up (it was a distant ambulance passing) so decided the best idea was to sprint full pace into the woods nearby with my mates. Ended up stacking it onto my already broken collar bone by tripping on some tree roots. Didn’t register the pain for a solid 4-5 hours because I definitely misjudged my tolerance to the gange.

I slipped over on carpet and landed on a wooden threshold between the door frame and split my knee open to the bone trying to run away with my older brother’s phone trying to read his texts with his girlfriend at the time

I had a fat friend when I was younger, we where up on our local field when he jumped on my back, instantly fell to my knees and got a sharp pain through right knee, I said “get up off me you fat prick, I’m after falling on a stone”, I get up and look at my knee and can see all the way through to my patella, I fell on a huge piece of glass. I was rushed to the hospital with my cousin, she was my age also and as the doctor was stitching my knee back together , needle and thread through my knee my cousin fainted in the background and the doctor let go of the stitches to catch her

I have been ski racing since I was 6 and got pretty decent, but when I was 15 I ruptured my right acl no biggie most skiers do, so i had surgery came back to ski racing within 3 weeks of training summer training on a glacier I took a slalom gate to the face and broke my 2 front teeth and had to have stitches inside my mouth and my teeth glued back together. Fast forward 6 months and I'm competing ski racing again this time in poland (tio avoid the covid rules at the time) and crash tearing my left acl and mcl, surgery again come back to skiing and think all my bad luck is done.
I managed to do a full year and about 3 months of ski racing before crashing and tearing my lateral meniscus off the bone and put holes in my cartilage as my femur and tibia had mashed together so between the age of 15 and 20 i had 3 knee surgeries and 2 mashed teeth safe to say i've retired from racing and now going into instructing and coaching so hit me up if you want to learn what not to do and smash the apres

One of my friends at school came in for own-clothes day in a Minions suit. At the end of the day he tried to hop a fence and impaled his leg on the fence. Like through one end out the other
I was drunk with a group of 8/9 mates,and some of us had to pee but there was no toilets nearby so we climbed a metal fence to go pee behind some trees and climbing back over the fence I stood straight on one of the metal spikes and it went through my shoe and into my foot, my 2 mates there were laughing then proceeded to both do the exact same thing but I was on crutches for 4 weeks with a hole in my foot and they were back on the sesh the next week

Worst injury was playing football went to control a throw in with my chest got pushed in the back and ball hit straight off my jaw went to hospital for X-ray to find out I had a small fracture in jaw was given strong pain killers and told to go home got home went to sleep and at 1 in the morning was woke up to a phone call was the main Glasgow hospital that was around 30 minutes from my house telling me they looked at my x ray and seen it was actually two large fracture and I had to drive up there for immediate surgery so I drove up off my tits on painkillers get half way there and get another call asking if I’m driving myself I say yes and the women goes oh you shouldn’t be driving on the medication we gave you somehow I made it there safe but can hardly remember the drive stayed overnight and to make it worse the doctor came and seen me in the morning asked to see me bite together said my teeth we still meeting fine so sent me home still in agony but with more painkillers now
