CZcams should have a most entertaining presenter award with you being the first recipient. I told my wife, that your videos should always be watched with a meal. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner with a show. So entertaining, and with four children. The Mrs. Claus outfit is spot on. You make a lovely Mrs. Claus.

Fudge is a lot easier than you think! Sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Put in a double boiler, or microwave until chocolate is melted. Set in fridge until it's set.
I bought a 2nd mixing bowl for my kitchenaid, it’s a game changer. It’s like having a 2nd mixer.

Put parchment paper in pan then when fudge is ready lift out holding corners of parchment paper. Peel down side. It is easier to cut.

Kim, Kim, Kim...Have I got a deal for you. Easiest fudge..1 can sweetened condensed milk,12 ounces chocolate chips 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. You can use any chips you want. Microwave, put in 8' square pan in fridge a few hours. Voila Fudge. After that the possibilities are endless. You can add any flavors to fudge. Pecans, nuts, dried fruit, any nuts, raisins, junior mints, crushed candy canes, peanut butter chips. I could go on until next year lol.. i challenge you to a fudge collab :) love ypqur channel and your outfit. Where did you get it? Hugs...Merry Christmas...
Yes. I saw someone adding 1/4 mini marshmallows and melting them in the chocolate. Im Trying that today. My 1st attempt of fudge
Yes! This is what we do, so easy! Add some Reece’s on the bottom of the dish and sprinkle crushed PB cups on top. Perfection! That cheese fudge was just too weird for me lol
Well shoot!!! I need to make that one next time!!
That is how I make fudge for my uncle every year, but I always do 2 bags of chips to 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.

I'm watching these holiday bake-alongs a year later and I hope you do these this year for whatever cookies, treats, appetizers, etc. you'll be making. I have never enjoyed bake-alongs... or cook-alongs... or anything-alongs... as much as I enjoy yours. These are gold!

Have you thought of setting your oven at 399° instead of 411° when you need 400°? A little closer in temp 😊

Fudge is reasonably easy to make, even without the Velveeta. I use my grandmother’s recipe, which I later discovered was the one on the back of the Marshmallow Fluff jar. 🤫 about 10 minutes works, no thermometer required, nice and smooth. 😍
I use this recipe too. It's my absolute favorite!

As a midwestern kid...I was in my twenties before I knew fudge could be made without velveeta 😂
By contrast, I had never heard of Velveeta in fudge until then. Our recipe is butter, sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and nuts

Aldi is just about the only supermarket we go to, have been going to for over 3 decades. There's one just about behind the corner from us (Belgium). Yes, it's off-brand and some things can be hit or miss, but mostly it takes some getting used to if you are a brand shopper. It takes a while to get to know things around there, for sure! Not gonna lie. Aldi is different country to country, because things are locally produced / sourced. That in itself is priceless.

Watching you make Velveeta Fudge made my heart so happy. People used to think i was nuts when i told them my Granny used to make it every Christmas. It wasn't Christmas until she started making it and storing it in Christmas tins. I knew it was Velveeta Fudge wen i saw the first of the video, it doesn't cut like regular fudge.. lol We lost her this past May so this Christmas was heartbreaking without her. She made Christmas for our family. We always made the peanut butter ritz also,, we usually dipped them in the white chocolate almond bark and some in milk chocolate. I hope you and your beautiful family had a blessed Christmas.
TIP...when making a lot of things that need refrigerating use cooling racks or something like that so you can utilize height and stack.

Fudge is super easy to make. I made some the other day. Chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and little butter in a saucepan. Threw it in a glass pan after it melted and was smooth then into the fridge for a few hours. Boom, done.

We usually use chocolate almond bark for the peanut butter Ritz sandwich things. Been a staple since I was a wee little lad! The last 2 years we went an got the huge costco box of Ritz and made the hole box! They are a hit and so easy! We also use tongs to dip in chocolate!

I made the Reece’s last week but my recipe was slightly different and they were amazing. Instead of spreading pb, you combine and mix equal part of pb and marshamallow cream and spread that between two ritz and then dip in chocolate, they were amazing.

Wheat thins with peanutbutter between, coat in almond block or chocolate. Then I top with color sugar sprinkles.
Marshmallow cream between ritz and dipped in chocolate is amazing.

2 ingredient peanut butter fudge-----1 vanilla icing (betty crocker?) and 1 small jar of peanut butter (about same size of icing) Melt both in microwave for 1 minute separately, mix together in bowl, then pour on parchment paper in baking dish (8x8) or whatever size and put in fridge for at least 2 hours. YUM!!!!! Even better overnight!

the most simple fudge is 16oz of whits icing 16oz of peanut butter of your choice melt in the microwave then add to get there put in the refrigerator still solid and there you go you have homemade fudge.
