Nice to see more are getting prepared. Thankfully Most of my supply were purchased years ago. I feel my personal shelf life is now less than 20 years, so most of my preps will outlast me.
Aluminum tape is actually used on heating ducts to prevent poisonous gas leaks
Two is one and one is none, alway keep back ups of everything our household consumes/uses and I tend to stock up more expensive it's like toiletries when they are on offer.
My preferred toothpaste is £5 a tube and normally on offer once every 3 months, so I bulk buy 3 or 4 months worth at a time.
For feminine hygiene i really recommend looking into love luna pants, you can use less pads and they are leak proof.
I like this list as it's cheap and small things. Storage space is an issue. All very barter friendly as well.

I've been buying some of the 28p spaghetti and 52p rice if folk come knocking. That Eastern European Lild week seasoning is great.
Ebay has the the camping stove with 8 butane canisters for £20. Buy more than one and price goes down to £17.50 each.
That’s a great value for canisters an a cooker!! See there are deals about if you are looking for them.

Toilet rolls are going up insanely in the States. I had kept buying little by little, but now I only pick some up on sales, which are also going up and up. Pasta is going up, salt is disappearing in the stores. I have taken stock and ordered some of the herbs and spices in bulk where I am running low, and I will be ordering more. I've been using black electricians tape to tape up bottles.
Sanitizer is essential NOW. Do you know how many people in the States use the restroom and do not wash their hands? Then they touch the carts and products, and we then touch them. Plus there is MRSA and other awful health threats out there.

Id love more info on the charcoal tablets? Ie reading material for usage and a link to purchase (on a quick glance there are loads of different types)

As long as they are in paper packaging on eBay , normally have Eastern European writing on them , that’s the ones I normally get
