Very good advices. Just one point, deep or shallow, you pull the same amount of water. Due to principle of the lever, the deeper you stroke, the bigger force you use. If it is too shallow, your stroke is not powerful enough. But if you dig too deep, you will be worn out soon. You need to find out the appropriate depth based on your own condition.

Nice clip of Raul at Swim Skills in there. One of my favorite swim channels. For body position/posture in the water, try an exercise I picked up from gymnastics. Feet, butt, and shoulders back against the wall. Good posture would be barely being able to slip your fingers behind your lower back/lumbar region. If your forearm can slip behind, you have too much arch in your back, which causes your hips and feet to get low. When you suck your gut in so there is only finger room at your lower back, then you are straight. In gymnastics, if you are spinning, your back has to be perfectly straight or you go all wonky....
For kicking, do check out the Positive Drive fins from Finis. No connection with them other than they make fins the way I would. We do not have flat feet like frogs. Our feet are very 3 dimensional. These fins have a very narrow fin on the big toe side, and a wider fin on the little toe side. This pushes your feet into more of a pigeon toed/inward position. This does a couple of things. One, by going pigeon toed, for those of us with stiff ankles, you get another 10 to 20 degrees of toe point/dorsi flexion. Also, your ankles will roll over a bit and you can use the whole side of your foot for propulsion rather than just your toes. I tried the gymnastic toe point for years, and was painfully slow, like just under 60 seconds for the length of a 25 yard pool. I was pushing off just enough to reach kick speed, not a long power push off. By going pigeon toed, my time is now down to 35 seconds.
Also, one thing you didn't point out about this swimmer, he never gets full arm extension out in front before he starts his pull. His arm is still bent.

Hi, I've been following your channel for a long time and everything in your videos has always been spectacular. The sessions are great, the quality is fantastic... this channel is absolutely brilliant and you helped me a lot with the majority of my curiosities about swimming, thank you so much, I appreciate everything you do on CZcams, good job! Anyway, I would like to make a suggestion (if it's not a problem for you): I'm convinced that you can add a really funny video on your channel to show us some of the funniest things happened while swimming or even during other water activities, I was thinking of something like a "oops and bloopers" compilation. For example, you could gather all of the times where you or your swimmer friends get recorded on video during ops time... like a pee time! Once, my uncle, who is a swimmer too, told me “oh that’s a buoy, I mean, my ocean toilet, hang on!” while we were swimming in the ocean and it was soooo hilarious and funny that I almost died 😊. He always tells me there are 2 types of swimmers, divers and surfers: those who pee in the water and those who lie. If you want, you could also include those "releasing" moments as small clips in the future videos just to keep having a bit of humor on your channel, you can use both old and new clips, what do you think?
Yeah… I know, it could sound weird for you right now, but, in my opinion, it's the funniest thing about divers and swimmers, believe me. When a swimmer pees in the water (even if it’s a pool), I think they demonstrate to be someone who is not afraid of consequences or to be judged and they just enjoy the moment, no matter what happens. And if you can't tell when someone else does it, well, you could ask them to do a particular sign before they do it, I think it's something that can come out great! I'd be so so happy to watch it, let me know, have a wonderful day!
