I have chosen to send them back, I purchased the panniers as well but changing the racks was a litt;e more than I wanted. Trying to keep my soft bags for offroad I dont want to keep changing racks...Dave

Yea, I get that. I have some Mosko panniers for off-road and change the Mosko mounts when the time comes. Luckily is a breeze.

It does not, you have to purchase the mounting rack separately......Dave
