How about the other airbag.. I mean in a car have two airbag. The left side airbag is the busted.. The steering is OK . Do I need to disconnect all sensor wire or 1 side only to put on the 2.2 ohms resistor Thanks
Thanks for this video. Do you have a tutorial for bypassing the seat belt lights too by chance? I'm going to be replacing my seats and installing racing harnesses.
Quick question bro, I’m thinking about changing out my steering wheel and putting an aftermarket one hand. Do you think it requires the same resistor for the airbag in the steering wheel?
I want to permanently remove my passenger seat from my 2007 toyota yaris will this help to keep system circuit complete and driver side functional with no red lights
Yaris guys look under your seat first yellow plug is not there like mine the module bypass does not work and the seat sensors are permanent on alll4 corners of seat so im running with red passengers blinking. No big its just like old school days looking into lifts now bigger tires.
Good morning, I would like to ask you for information to understand better, as I am not an expert like you, in order to be able to control the resistor is only placed in the connectors without shorting bars. Thank you
@@trumpetvq4453 yes it was a crash that deployed almost five of the airbags so I replaced everything with aftermarket and then bypass no fault code but light is still on
Thanks for this tip! I just installed new seats and used the same resistors and it worked perfectly
I used the procedure with aftermarket seats in my g35 coupe , it does work.
just tried this on my 2008 350z after trying many other tips but the light continues to flash. 2.2 ohm @ 0.25 watts
2017 Ford F150 XLT Supercrew. Which resistor would I use.
Was this to clear the occupant sensor code? B1018-00

Didn't quiet understand your question but you can place it before the plug or on the plug as long as it is connecting the two wires together
Bro i done this and my air bag lights still flashing 😢
is it the right resistor?
@@trumpetvq4453 you got ig bro 😂 I'll send you a pic. I just put seat in for now have work in the morning 🫠😆
@@trumpetvq4453 Hey mate are you able to help me please 🙏.
I did one on RAV4 no dtc but the light is still on,
