New subscriber. Yvonne Williams recommended you and I'm glad she did! Tbh, most of her wire work makes me dizzy, I really appreciate the simplicity and subtle beauty of this design Thanks, Oxana.
Thanks for subbing!❤
There is a technique and style I have seen only done in the Ukraine and your videos are the only videos that come remotely close to it! And I have been searching for someone who can teach it for like 2 years now!
A lovely setting with the emphasis on the beautiful Labradorite stone - the addition of the bead at the end was genius! Well explained - Love this tutorial!!
I have been away from wire for some time but this has inspired me to work with it again.
Thank you for your beautiful elegant designs.
I really like how you designed this pendant. It has a simple elegance to it. The stone is beautiful also. TFS xo
This is glorious! Love the design.
I like these simpler "wraps" thank you!
I love the finished product! Even though you went out of frame, it was usually when you were wrapping so I could still follow along! Gorgeous!
Fantastic! Love your designs, thanks for sharing and great video too 🌸
Really beautiful. And thanks for the effort to put this tutorial up. I have a stone lying around I will try this on.
Gorgeous! Thank you for the great instructions.
Beautiful pendent, I've seen a few of your vids before, your jewelry always looks professional and well put together, you care what it looks like some other tubers don't. Keep up the good work.
I adore your work. This one looks lovely!!❤❤
Thank you very much for this wonderful turorial! You are great tutor!
Wonderful, I love this design
Love this tutorial! Thank you 😃👍🏼
Awesome job as usual Oxana! I really appreciate your tutorials! Thanks so much for sharing your ideas and inspiring us all :)
Thank you!
That is really beautiful. Great video, very clear instructions. Tfs. Xxx
Thank you!
This is so pretty....I'm going to give it a shot....thank you for sharing!
Oxana, I'm enjoying your tutorials! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I noticed you don't always cut with your wire cutter facing the same way. So I thought I'd share -- The flat side of the cutter leaves a clean, straight edge. So to leave a nice edge when trimming close to your piece, place the flat side of the cutter towards the piece.
love the way you did this thanks hunni x x
Thanks for sharing and being so awesome!
Thanks so much for sharing. Vergara good video, good teacher.👑
This pendant is so cute and simple, I wanna try to make it somewhen)
Thanks)
Thanks for the tutorial! It was nice and easy to follow
You are very welcome!
Stunning
Wow! Very nice
Beautifull, Thank you for this tutorial Love it!
Thank you!
Very Pretty!
I love this design! I believe that wire should showcase a gemstone... not upstage it. The labradorite is beautiful, and beautifully enhanced by the wire design!
So gorgeous ❤️
Just Beautiful............Love it...........hugssssss
Beautiful! I was hoping you would do a tutorial on this one!
beautiful.
gorgeous!!
Thank you!
The information is great, LOVE the design especially with the added copper bead at the end! About 30% of the video is "out of frame" :( I found myself trying to peek downward at my monitor to catch a glimpse of what you were doing during those moments!! Thanks for sharing your technique.
Very beautiful, sustainable, and amazing. Keep being you (:
You are goooood! Thanks again. 1926lady
very pretty
Thank you!
VERY NICE
can you use different shapes of stone on this?
maybe you are a teacher because your videos are so educational !!!
Отлично . спасибо...!!!
i thought i was the only person who uses a file like that xD
Thank you Oxana!
LOVE THIS!!!
Thank you!
these new designs remind me of an ancient style of jewelry design like Celtic or viking-like
that's a good description, I have been thinking of how to describe these new styles.
beautifull
I’m working on this right now ( my first project) and can’t help but think you must be working with 12 or 14 gage wire. Mine looks much thinner🤨...so far so good though! Great tutorials!
can you use a thinner gauge wire for the base?
What type of stone is this? It s beautiful!
Beautiful design!
very elegant and lovely. You are so amazingly talented. I also love all your tutorials. And the pliers look great ! Are the made from metal or other material? And where did you buy them?
Xuron pliers, from Amazon. Not sure what they are made of
magnifique!!!
I'd like to begin making my own jewelry but I'm having trouble finding stones. Where do you find nice cabochon stones for a reasonable price?
what happened to the tarnished one that was in the picture??
where do you get the beautiful Labradorite cabachons
im having so much trouble kinking the wire and bending it the wrong way fighting with it or having a project snap the wire in half halfway through
Hi Oxana,
Thanks for your wonderful tutorials! I'm wondering, where do you get your lovely Labradorite cabochons and other stones? Thanks for any information.
Try ebay and etsy, I always check there
Hi Oxana, can you use 18 gage for this pendant?
what do you do to get that lovely patina on the copper?...You make this look so easy. Iknowit isnt
Thank you, I use liver of sulfur: czcams.com/video/GLarD0Q-ttw/video.html
Greetings Oxana, easy to follow instructions. I wanted to know where you do you get your Cabochons from?
Thank you! I just look around online, I get them lots of places. There are some facebook groups that sell stones, also etsy, and ebay
Oxana, would you mind telling me where you got your tools? Not the ones from Michaels but the better tools incl. the one that has plastic to help flatten wire closer to stone. Also, would like to see how wire wrapping is done with gemstones and beads on glassware and dishes. Thank you for makeing sure we see everything clearly and for speaking clearly and slowly. So easy to understand. I like all your videos to date and want to learn wirewrapping to teach in our community's art studio. Thank you
My Xuron tools are from Amazon. I started putting links to them under the video (in my more recent videos).
good
Very cool! Just one question: do you think 18 gauge could work instead of 16?
It might be a bit tough to bend, but can be done!
Beautiful work as usual Oxana, where do you buy your lovely Labradite cabs?
Thank you! I buy them online from all various places, I currently am selling some on my facebook page OxanaCrafts if you are looking for some.
Yay, someone with thumbs that bend back like me :) 22.17 ;)
yay!
Til williams l .
Where do you buy the cabochon?
belisimo
Squeaking sounds made me laugh ... 😄 but wonderful tutorial!
Wow beautiful ❤️🇩🇰
Thank you!
I am curious about marring the wire...doesn't all the plier work and twisting with the pliers mar the wire? I especially have problems with nicks and scratches when I try wire work, and I use the exact same pliers as in the video.
You can polish the marks off with fine sand paper afterwards
Your product is very beautiful, I like it. I would like to ask you how to get the color of the copper wire as the final image because when you wrap the wire there is another color ?? I want to know how you dye the color of the wire ?
I tarnish the wire using liver of sulfur, this process is refereed to as oxidizing, and I have a video on how to do it if you are interested.
OH, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
O Ana, do you like using the dead soft wire over half hard wire in your designs
I have never used half hard wire
Did you do something to color the wire when done
yes I oxidize it czcams.com/video/GLarD0Q-ttw/video.html
Legal.
I liked the ones with weaving better.
How do you age/dark the copper wire?
I use liver of sulfur, I have a video demonstrating it if you want to see
I liked the ones with weaving in them better.
The weaving ones are pretty, but I have so many of those tutorials, just trying to do something a little different.
Beautiful! I'm thinking of selling jewelry in Peru but I don't know where to get those stones or crystals, can you tell me one? Please! Thanks :)
I primarily use cabochons, they are stones that are cut to have a flat side and a domed side. If you look around maybe you can find some locally. Or you can order online. I find them online on ebay, etsy, Instagram, and Facebook has groups as well where people sell stones.
I like your designs, however, your work is often off camera so I cannot see what you are doing. Also, have you considered getting a tripod for your camera so you don't have to hold it while you work? Just a thought. Thanks for sharing your work with us.
Out of all the videos out there, always end up back on your channel. Think its your voice. Lol
how long do you leave the copper in the solution?
just until it turns black, which is usually like 10 seconds
How did you oxidate the wire?
How I oxidize my bare copper wire using liver of sulfur:

Where do you purchase your stones?
I do not remember where I got this one, but I usually buy
online. I have bought some on etsy, ebay, facebook groups, and
instagram. I do not have one specific place i buy from.
I'm concerned how the file is being used in exactly the wrong direction. The file cuts on the down stroke, going away from oneself.
Mary Ellen Lanigan , what do you mean the file cuts?
Hi, very beautiful!!! but how many mm is that wire? from norway here :) ps, plz answear as quick as you can ;)
I found this. www.engineeringtoolbox.com/awg-wire-gauge-d_731.html There were multiple sizes of wire that she used so you can check which ones you want.
ty but seems like it's different of what it's in Norway so it can be confusing but I will keep on looking :)
sorry, i dont' speak english..can you write the name of the stone plis...thankyou for teaching. this project is beautiful.
Labradorite
thank you so much!
Great bezel, but please work more on staying in frame. Your projects are always lovely!
Love the idea, but out of frame a great deal.
Where can I buy a file like that?
I got mine on Amazon
was a great video. would've been nice if your camera could've had a better angle.
View of what you are doing often goes below what I can see
!!!!!
EXCELLENT TECHNIQUES...but you need someone to video it while you do it...you are not utilizing the full screen area and it was very distracting.
Your videos have to have made other presenters embarrased
not to have discontinued and taken their's down!
Good tutorial, but so much out of frame, I finally gave up on it.
very pretty... but so squeaky...
eq2imora I love that squeak, I can’t figure out if it’s the wire or the tools. Either way, the end results are beauteous!
A little bouncy and out of focus at times, but final product is beautiful.
Nice tutorial, but too many out of frames and out of focus.
tutorial would have been easier to follow if you stayed in frame. trial and error.
