I love watching these people who have so much passion for what they do, no matter how insignificant it may seem to the rest of us. The eloquence with which they describe their art is a treat to listen to, as well, and a sign that the love and dedication they show on screen is no mere fabrication.

@tymanrocks I had to replay that bit when I heard her saying that but when you think about it she is quite right. Fruit is so simple yet so complex both at the same time.

I have a blood orange tree, they are not as sweet as regular oranges but the color is amazing.

I really liked your video and I have a few questions, for home use and for a small amount of fruit jams or jellies..how much of the lemon should one use for the pectin, in other words the membrain and seeds of one lemon? and do you use the skin?

You're squeezing out some of the pectin that didn't get into the batch.

Simplicity and complexity in the same sentence? That's kinda dumb... Also, making food isn't always about "feeling" the recipe, for some recipes, exact measures are 100% necessary. I liked the content in the video, but not the nonsense this woman was saying or the annoying music they used in the transitions.
