A lot of times if you Arc your pads the noise goes away what happens is it Square on the ends and it's hitting that rotor therefore making the sound

Hi Don, thanks for the feedback, really would like to get this solved. So are you saying I should file the ends a bit to make them kind of beveled?

Why not try different brand of brake pad ?

@@Mikeityourself I used EBC and another trick I seen is to bevel the front and rear edge . If do that wear dust mask

EBC is what I had just put on, I like the idea of the Bevel, let me give that a shot.
