    Thank you for the tip. Very helpful as I no longer worry or struggle mid game to adjust my chest protector when it pops out. Everything stays in place, which allows me to focus more. 👌

    Awesome video. Would like to see one where you give a few tips regarding pad set-up.

    Thank you… finally someone else that tucks their chest protector into their pants like I do 😅😂 I can’t stand a loose moving chest protector over the pants!!

    Appreciate the chesty instructions! Any videos further for pads, blocker and trapper? My little guy is always adjusting his trapper. I've adjusted the wrist strap already. I've adjusted the one arm on his chesty, but looking for anything I might be missing. Thanks!

    Can you show how to wear a chesty untucked but still have suspenders? I bought a new chesty (Pasau with pro pack) and it is way bigger than my old one so I don't have enough room to tuck (which I would prefer). I tried to get suspenders to work with it but the rear suspender pushes the back plate of the chesty up.

    Your pants are XXL . What size is your chest protector ? Just curious because I'm about the same size as you.

      He’s wearing about a L/XL. It really depends on the brand because they fit differently. But you can always adjust the arms to make them fit the length.

    Good vid! Hey question, I'm changing my Ventus to velocity like yours or prob the NHL one as it has reinforced arms and..., Wondering your thoughts on it. I'm going to store this wk to try them on. My Ventus was good for protection, just the shoulder rises are too tall and interfere with my helmet when looking sideways and few times it's raise my mask a bit, so need shorter shoulder pads and do want more mobility in the arms. Ps I was also told to get the SLR pants as they are easy for tucking, again your thoughts please? Cheers, look forward to another one of your vids!!

    Wow! Don't know where you find 2XL pants. Been looking. Can't find any besides warrior, which don't really appeal. I use some 10+ year old TPS player pants that are just XL.

    My pants are getting hung up on my knee blocks. Any advice on how to solve that? Are the pants too long or too short?

    I’m 20 and never have played proper hockey. I’ve played floor hockey and roller hockey and love being in net but never used more than a glove. What is the best way to get goalie equipment without spending a fortune?

    • @user-kj5kj5wt4c
      @user-kj5kj5wt4c Před 3 lety +1

      buy used off of sideline swap. some equipment you should spend more on like a helmet but for everything else base model is best if you change your mind down the road.
