Now there is a reason to visit Canada. I want to run this path! Great video, great presentation, great nature! Everything is wonderful :)
Very nice stable footage. Looking up your camera gear. You must have a second camera that isn't listed.
@@giorgossifnos1 I am coming with you! ;)

Great. I’m particular about water filters. I wish more camelbak products came with one instead of just thermoses, but I do know how to take this to army chemicals and wood made “char” coal
Inspiring? Absolutely. I went from literally running zero miles per month last year to ~50/week, many of them on great trails. This summer, I saw so much more of Yosemite than I ever would have because I was confident in tackling distances I wouldn't have considered in the past. I'm getting better sleep, am now at a healthy BP and am, in general, healthier than I maybe have been in my entire life. I have to credit your Tor Des Geants video as a main factor in getting me out there and changing my trajectory.
Amazing! I love hearing this so much. Congrats on your life change and keep it up!
But watch out for them Sasquatch.
This comment is so meaningful to me because watching Jeff’s videos has been an emotional booster to create and maintain healthy habits. Hope one day I will have the opportunity to visit Yosemite and get to know its amazing trails and mountains
That is wonderful to hear and more power to you. The self-powered adventure life is so fundamental to being a human IMHO and it's really special to hear of someone like yourself getting out and doing it! Cheers from Sydney - Dave
Well done nalgo be well
Thank Jeff, Audrey! My husband and I love your videos, they inspire us and we resonate to the way you look at trail running-hard, yet amazing.
My two friends and I backpacked this route a few days ago, because we were very inspired by this video and it seemed like a great backcountry backpacking objective. We hiked 2.5 days, camping 2 nights (at Helm Creek and at Russet Lake). It was absolutely gorgeous and probably my favorite hike I've done in BC so far!
Before the trip, from the video it looked like it was not too difficult, but luckily we got the challenge we were looking for. Carrying up our big backpacks with tents and all up that Whistler Mountain was no joke. When watching the video again after the hike, we felt so seen as Jeff and Audree seemed to be as tired as we were. We had the exact same reaction when we found the water source after the Whistler Mountain.
Thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous route! It was an amazing adventure!
Ah that's a great idea to go and hike some of these trails!
Glad I saw this post! haha
I fast packed panorama ridge in 2017 and it was UNBELIEVABLE. Hiked it in 2019. That last long bit of woods back down feels like forever though. 😂 thanks for taking me back to the area. This route looks like a blast.
I'm not sure how often people tell you Jeff, but you motivate myself and I'm sure a lot of others included. I got diagnosed with a GI disease last year called ulcerative colitis and it's pretty much derailed me from any exercise activity motivation for the past year. Luckily, I'm on some medication and starting to feel normal enough to try to pick up running again the past month or so and it feels amazing to be moving again. I've almost been binge watching your videos lately and I really appreciate your motivation through these videos as well as the dedication it takes from you amongst training/races to make these great documentaries of your journey. I'd honestly love to get involved with trail running races and do all of these incredible things you've done on your journey man. Eventually get my wife out there walking/jogging on trails too so we can create memories like you and your spouse are doing! You're going to have a hell of a story to tell when you're older brother. Keep making us proud and motivated, I look forward to binging more content of yours for sure!
Thanks so much, and best of luck with your recovery and getting back to running!
Jeff and Audree always deliver. I just can’t get enough!!
What a stunning run. Kicking myself for never taking the opportunity to do this while living over there. Spring/Summer plan making commence.
I really do like your vidoes but I most say that my favorites are when you include Audree, you two complement each other for me as a viewer in a way that takes the vidoes to another level. Especially in "Mega Trail" I really like the back and forth between you two and the difference on how you portray you experiance.
Thank you Jeff. Audrée and you inspired my girlfriend to start running. We bought her Salomon trail running shoes and started training together 😃We love your videos and are watching all of them, one by one. Love you both 🥰
Watched this while grinding out zone 2 on the treadmill lol. Really kept me going
My Respect for what you've done, both of you, really tough challenge
As always Jeff, extremely impressive, and what an incredible route. Absolute beasts of the trail, both of you!!
You make me jealous with these images. In the Netherlands we don't have such mountains and nature.
Incredible part of the country, I miss BC!! Thanks for the tour :)
Consider me inspired. Always appreciate these videos Jeff
Incredible film 🔥 really inspiring stuff…. Got a few shorter (50-60km) runs lined up for next few weeks but been looking for a slightly longer route to take on later in the summer… this looks like the one! Thanks! Just stumbled across your page and loving the content you’re putting out! Maybe see you out on the trails 👍🏼
Even these mountains are not your guys territory, but you guys really know it very well. The longest hiking I did just half of your trip, which is Panorama ridge. “Nature is not somewhere we visit, it’s home”.
Thanks Lin, we definitely have spent a lot of time in the park over the years. Love that quote, by the way.
One of the reasons that I run is the enjoyment of where it can take me in nature. Whatever fitness I gain is a tool to get me out into the beautiful areas that I want to see. Videos like this which highlight the beauty of nature are inspiring to me to build my fitness to the point where I can embark on similar journeys.
very inspiring, I was thinking about going into trail running, but now I will sign up for my first 100 miler for sure. Thanks a Million!
you sir are living a life of gods. And I find the video very inspiring.
Did this video inspired? Hell yeah -- I think this is the 3rd time I watched this video. I have bookmarked Garibaldi for my last long training run before my ultra in July. Thanks Jeff and Audree!
Jeff you have no idea how you help me , especially mentally, for my upcoming occ utmb race . Im a 51 yrs old ultra runner mom from Kuwait , a country that is too flat with not even a single hill in sight , temp is hot 53 c degrees in the summer , my longest mountain race was 100k. Im putting all my effort into my dream of finishing occ .. your videos are what keep me going on long runs on the treadmill and stairs . Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart all the way from Kuwait 💕💕💕
Thanks so much for the message, and best of luck at OCC!
That frame at 9:42, Just so amazing.
Love this channel! Thanks for putting our awesome videos!
Way to go you two! Awesome video and yes, definitely inspiring!
Thanks Jamie!
Wow, stunning trail. You two are badasses!! Way to go!
Your videos have gotten me off the couch, and working out or running multiple times already. Thanks for all that you guys do! It’s truly inspiring.
what a *beautiful* video! Thank you both for taking us on your journey. This was a stunning route with some serious climbs but you both made it look easy and so much fun. 😀
Very much inspired me to begin a journey with my family hiking in the Lower Mainland and beyond! Fantastic videography too; you've gained elevation and a follower today!
Wow wow that’s beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Definitely inspiring Jeff. My husband and I have been watching a few of your videos, we like your style. We live in Hobart Tasmania and are lucky enough to have a forest nature reserve within walking distance of our home. We love the outdoors too, being in it is a tonic for our mental health.
I love the instrumental at the end Winged V for the Sullen so good. Your videos are the best
You have definitely inspired me to get my butt on those trails. This is all I do up here in Alaska and while it looks 99% the same those are still new (yet more crowded) trails that I have to try. 😜
Thank your, for the inspiring video. A big hug from Italy
Thanks Jeff. Hi from Australia. Absolutely beautiful. It’s on out bucket list.
Yes, your videos greatly inspire me! Thanks so much for posting them.
Your films are very inspiring and motivating! Thank you very much!!!
In response to your comment near the end, your videos are so inspiring and incredible! Keep up the great work!
I am 47,and started running exactly one year ago. I was not able to run more than 30 sec interval with 2 min walk in between. Today I ran my first 10k. The beauty is that after watching your videos (back to back sometimes) I did the 10K as trail run. My goal is to run the 50k at Quebec Mega Trail. I love your videos and definitely you are an inspiration for many others including myself. I am still exploring your channel to see if I could find more info about nutrition and preparation. I am doing intermittent fasting and low carbs that helped me reverse diabetes but not sure if it will be sustainable when running long distances.
Hello there! I am 47 as well and started to run some months ago. The videos by you, Jeff, motivate me as well tremendously and I thank you so much for that! I am having so much fun, working on my consistency and setting new goals - and think of your Ultra Runs when things are getting hard on my 5K distances. : )
Did this video inspire me?! Are you kidding...? I was practically drooling over those insane views! Haha... What a beautiful place! In April of 2020, just out of the damn blue, I suddenly got plantar fasciitis and it's not been terrible at all, but I can't get rid of it no matter what I do. So, I have decided to run again. It doesn't make a difference if I do or not and I have been missing my long trail runs soooo much! I am currently at three 4-mile runs a week. So, still very much at the beginning. But I'll get back to my long distances and until I do, I just keep living vicariously through you! Thank you!!
Thanks and sorry to hear about your PF - that can be a really tough one to get over. Fingers crossed for you!
Great video which was interrupted by the terrible Qatar air ads, 20 secs, which was saved by the promise of your lady’s fantastic pins afterwards. I hope you got paid well for this vid. Rock on.
Your videos are amazing and truly inspiring. I’m looking at doing some of this in the uk instead of always road running. I watch them in the evening instead of the tv. They are addictive !!
Some of these scenery look so good that it doesn't even seem real
It sure can feel that way at times when you're there as well.
Here I was thinking I would head to the Italian/swiss alps...but that part of Canada looks freakin awsome :) thanks for your inspiational videoes Jeff.
Wow! Those mountains and streams make me long for a break from civilization and an eyeful of natural beauty! Especially here in flat-Texas!
Thanks for sharing. Amazing place! Maybe someday 😊. And yes, everything you have here on your channel is very inspiring.
You are doing great
I was awestruck after seeing such views
Yes you do and I’ll be at HMDS Fuerte Ventura 2022 not easy but doable, more heart that strength but I’ll be there.
As you just said get out of your comfort zone!
Cheers from NYC 🗽
Big fan. All of your videos inspires me. Actually just started trail running a couple of months ago (mountain biker/road cyclist/runner) and now dealing with injuries (posterior tibial). Been waiting a while for new videos, so now catching up on old ones. Keep them coming Jeff!
after watching this it reminds me why i work so hard so i can get back to the Squamish /whistler area mountains to enjoy them summer and winter and i just have to do that route you showed today ⛷🚴🏃♂.......last time in the early 1990's we had to cross the cheakamus river at helm creek in a hand pull cable car and now there is a pedestrian bridge☺
Really pretty location. Nice clear day. Good camera work. Color saturation was brilliant. Thanks.
Definitely inspired and this brought back memories from the last year’s (and the final) WAM 100 km. Haven’t thought of connecting panorama to cheakamus so, thanks to you guys, I’ve now added this to my goals!
Yes, this video is very inspiring! Thanks to both of you from south Brazil.
That is beautiful......
Thank you for sharing......
Thanks Gary, glad you enjoyed it.
Remains one of my go to videos to inspire. Fantastic landscape captured by Jeff
This video was so fun to watch. Magical! Thank you.
Thanks Wes!
Awesome film, again. I find these kind of films truly inspiring. I started (trail)running five years ago and not long after started to document my own adventures. With the same goal as you make your films. To inspire and show what kind of beauty you can have just outside your door. It only takes one starting step. Thank.
Thanks! I'll be sure to check out your channel as well.
inspired ... love your humility and passion for life - thanks for sharing
Great work Jeff! I’m inspired to explore the Whistler area.
Très inspirant. Je ne savais pas que ce parc était si beau.
Merci pour ces belles images.
inspiring? exactly why i chose to watch these video's. Currently in training for my first (flat) 50 miler, Had some motivational issues after a 'bad' 33k on the actuall course. Always good to watch these video's to remind me what made me chose to train for the 50 miler in the first place.
So glad to hear that! Best of luck on your race 💪
super inspiring ! greetings from Paris (France) !
HiJeff...(as I wrote to you on Instagram... I’ll “say” here too 😃)
I just to say that... I’m very big fan of you...
I love your movies... your runs and reviews... The movie quality is incredible…we can see all the details of the beautiful place that you are...
I’m so excited watching “running 68km in Garibaldi Providencial Park”
Sorry for my English but you have a Brazilian fan here...
So... God bless you and keep doing this amazing job
Totally inspiring!! This video inspires me to try and find a way to run more in the mountains which is something I really enjoy. Not an easy task because of the way my life is going right now. But I'll figure it out. Thanks Jeff for putting out such amazing content!
Yes - fair to say this is inspiring....even in the flatlands in the UK!
CZcams keeps pushing y'alls videos on me and I just keep watching them. This is one of my favs so far!!
Thanks Michelle! Glad you enjoyed it.
Definitely inspired to go play more in this area over a couple days.
Very beautiful. You guys did an awesome job👍💪🏃
Beautiful filmed and edited, Jeff; like always! I love the little historical tidbits you put in.
Thanks man!
Thank you for sharing these breathtaking views with us. I've been a marathon runner for 10 years so far and I'm looking to do my first ultra next year. Videos like this are super motivating.
Enjoy your journey from road marathon to trail ultra! I began mine 10 years ago now and have never looked back.
I bet I have watched this video 15 times over the last year while grinding away on spreadsheets at my computer. Something about it. I actually make it out to Vancouver for work several times a year and I'm not sure how I'm going to work this out logistically but I have to make this track at some point. The trails look amazing and don't even get me started with the views. Last time I was there I did the sea wall which was awesome but this has to be done! Well done on this video.
Love your videos Jeff. I've actually been living in Whistler for nearly 30 years and have been a lifelong road biker and mountain biker. I've recently started backpacking the local trails with my teenage son and we're loving it. I want to start fastpacking with some run/walking. I have no desire to full-on trail run like but I'm loving the change of getting out there on 2 feet instead of 2 wheels. Thank you!
You live in a stunning part of the world, and the way you capture and show it is amazing!
Thanks Pawel!
this route is unbelievable
Very nice shot Jeff - as always! I also watched Kerry Ward's run/hike on almost the same route and am impressed with the area. Since I also do trail running, your videos really motivate me when I'm on the treadmill in the winter and getting ready for summer runs in the Alps.
Well done. ❤❤❤
Very inspiring. We will definitely be hiking in this area soon. :)
Continued lol
You guys are propa inspiring
Motivates me thanks
Best wishes for you both 🎊
Love the music your legs are quick both of you lol Awesome
Awesome surroundings 💞
That was far lol
My knees hurt watching this
Incredible! Can't wait for summer in BC, your video and Strava updates are so inspiring for a beginner trail runner like me situated in North Van. Next race is Run Ridge Run at Diez Vistas 😀
I’m not sure I could easily say why, but this is my favourite of your videos so far. I am not an ultra runner, but my wife and I do run a little and do a little trail running. I like the variety of your videos. It’s great to see the events you participate in. But it’s also great to see days like this one.
To be honest, it was a revelation to hear that you had to work up to a day like this. That was reassuring to hear. I had foolishly thought that you are just super humans who do this kind of a run on a whim.
So I think what I particularly like (in addition to the beautiful scenery) is hearing a little about the background to what running trails like this requires of you.
Also, since I am primarily a mountain biker (based in Ireland) it was great to see a little of Whistler from a different perspective. I especially loved seeing you walking on the bike trails.
If I could give a video two thumbs-up, this one would get it from me. Thanks.
Thanks John, I appreciate the feedback and the kind words! It's easy for us to begin to take for granted to a degree all of the training that goes into these kinds of runs and to not talk about it. Both my training and recovery is something that I plan to speak more about in my future videos.
Another great video Jeff! You 100% inspire us to keep exploring new places locally and sharing our experiences in a similar way. Personally, I sometimes even think about getting into trail running again after watching your videos. 😂
Just ran Black Tusk in training for the Diez 50. Amazing trail and area.
Love your filming! It's very beautiful, calming and inspiring. I'm a runner who'd love to try what you do on the trails. Just gotta fix my long time left foot issue first. 🙋♂️😊
Totally agree with getting people out there and outside of our comfort zone. I get so much energy from being outdoors. Like in "the commercial", are you going to miss the most the things you didn't buy ... or the places you didn't go!
2nd time to watch this and its still beautiful beautiful beautiful! ty :)
Love your videos! Makes me home sick for that country side. Grew up in Ocean shores Washington state, and living in nz now. Need to go home for some trails for sure. Keep up the videos (excuse the account my daughter has over taken it)….
Amazing video Jeff. Super inspiring. Thanks a lot ❤
indeed so inspirational ! im getting ready for the Gaspesia 5ok in June and wish had vast outdoor like you guys have nearby to get out there for real ! i sincerely enjoy the channel and you both ! thanks so much for all the work you put in
Awesome shot and video. Nice seeing familiar place.
Inspiring indeed! Ever thought of coming to the Bend/Sisters, OR area? It's quite the running community, and our trails are pretty good! There's a 41-mile jaunt around the Three Sisters, perhaps worth your attention, or you could summit each of the Three Sisters in one day...?
Thanks for all of your work on these videos. You have a tasteful mix of quality videography with honesty about your trials and triumphs.
AND...HUGE congrats on your #2 finish at the Moab 240!
The Three Sisters is definitely on the list! Thanks 🙏
Yep!! Inspired!! Beautiful video!!
Great work Jeff, thank you! Cannot wait for another one😉 regards!
Most beautiful scenery I think I've ever seen with all that golden sunshine!
I loved this so much. Thanks Jeff.
Oh Yeah big inspiration. I live 1,5 hour from the Pyrenees (France), you really inspire me to get serious about trail running/hiking. I wish I can do long days like you one day. Keep it up and "Merde" as we say to wish you well on your 100 mile run soon. Tks
Merci beaucoup!
Gobsmackingly beautiful and inspiring in the extreme. At times I spontaneously reacted with laughter and tears of disbelief at the sheer beauty of your video. My wife and I and our 2 kids here in Sydney in lockdown have truly enjoyed this spectacle. Your GPX file is safely in my Garmin route list now (thank you) and one day we'd love to do this trail - probably over a couple of days.
Having worked in Calgary for some years in the past, I have been lucky enough to enjoy your Canadian wilderness, especially around Banff, Peto Lake etc., and can't wait to share it with my famo. On Friday my 11yo and I will head out and do a half marathon run around some local trails. At age 4 Will became the youngest person (unofficially) to do the Tongariro Crossing trail in NZ. At age 2, our daughter (unofficially) became the youngest person to do the 14km City to Surf here in Sydney (100,000+ people do this every year). So our family has a bit of the crazy going on and we can't wait to bring it to you lovely Canadians (Aussies with an accent...). Cheers and thanks - Dave
Amazing! I'd love to explore some of the Australian outback one day myself.
@@JeffPelletier Us Aussies would love to have you here. Check out the Larapinta Trail - that is a true Central Australian experience. You name it, we've got it here - desert, rainforest, mountainous (though nothing like the Rockies in scale), alpine etc. Very different to Canada but wild, enormous and beautiful. You'll have to do it mate!
Thanks for the recommendation!
Absolute cinema!!
You are really amazing. I start hiking from april 21 and your video really help me with lot of information, guidance and knowledge. Thank you so much for all work you doing.
God blessed you!
