This is why I love the Binding of Issac. Even if the game officially ends with its last DLC, it will never truly die as long as wonderful mods like these exist.

yoam mahdjoub nah wait till it gets added as dlc to Isaac. I’m pretty sure progress in the anti birth mod won’t carry over when it is officially added as dlc.

It’s too bad because the bosses are actually really well designed but the artificial health inflation they all have just makes them frustrating
The mod recently got an update that addresses the health inflation problem, as well as other issues. It’s pretty solid now imo.

I really like the designs and the mechanics of the bosses, but they do a whole lot of showy stuff, that doesn’t actually pressure the player much, and while the bosses are doing something “cool” the player is farming huge damage.
The first two were kinda close to the normal counterpart

The fact that you can say "This is done better than Afterbirth and Afterbirth+" about so much modded and community-made content reflects both really well on the modding community and really poorly on Nicalis. Revelations, Antibirth, Booster Pack 5...
Diss Afterbirth+ all you like, but no way in hell is Antibirth or Revelations or any other mod better than Afterbirth.
Had this been the other way around, and Afterbirth was made by modders it would be praised like no other installment in the Isaac franchise.
