The pedestal at 11:12 always spawns The Poop because you can make a bridge with a bomb and a poop grid above one pit tile next to one walkable tile This room is most likely a showcase of that mechanic.
General rule of thumb: if you see a narrow 1x1 room that has one entrance, go to it, chances are it might have something cool in it (or something deadly), thats just from my experience, theyre like the most abnormal rooms ever
1:44 i have a really interesting story with this room because on the release of repentence for the switch when I got it and I was very spoiler free, I was in the room and for some reason it was connected to the main floor as a normal room but for me it was really weird to have this to be an incredibly rare room with nothing but keys and a unique tileset..this was even before I got hush unlocked on that save

I was in an arcade the other day that had a single invisible tile behind the blood bank. I'm used to the old update where you'd slide off machines so I always try to wedge behind them and I couldn't get behind it but if I went round the other side of the machine I could get to the other side of the invisible block which wasn't centered with the blood bank.
I liked how one dude made a list of all he had so I plan on doing the same. 0:41 starting off, I've gotten these ones several times, even once as tainted cain which wasn't even that bad. Probably like 5 times now. 2:04 can't remember the items well but I'm pretty sure I've seen this one once. Love voodoo head so much. 2:20 gotten a card library before wasn't didn't hurt the run but did hurt my feelings 3:16 had this once, unsurprising with no keys to spare but enjoyed the hearts at least. 4:13 had this one a few times now, pretty sure it even got me a blue candle early once. 4:20 had this once too. 5:19 yep 5:31 free drops 6:14 probably one of the more common ones I've found, was especially nice to have as tainted keeper. 6:43 I found this one to be funny and kept on moving 6:52 instantly bombed out 6:58 remember contemplating running over for a counterfeit penny that dropped after shooting them with out with high range. 7:12 liked running into this one 8:21 first time I saw this was in a red key run I had think it even ended up dropping a stapler and Mr.Dolly that was a fun run. 8:41 seen them once or twice Could be wrong but I think I've seen this one too. 10:15 actually had this give me the second key piece I needed to fight mega Satan for I think either blue baby or keeper. Remember being relieved I didn't need to play the charcter anymore. 11:05 I remembered hitting those buttons and legitimately questioning if I should ever hit a button again past that point. Honest jump scare. 12:55 I think I lost my angel chance to this room the first time I saw it because I hadn't noticed enemies spawned after the button was pressed. Think that's it, maybe have seen more but some of them are less memorable due to having low impact on the run.
I once managed to get 2 Trash treasure rooms within 3 floors. The third floor was downpour 2 had one of the aforementioned trash treasure rooms, but it also had no white fire, meaning i couldn't go to mother...
I had that Ultra Secret Rooms many times, I would never guess that it's a lowest possible weight room. Does that mean my real life luck stat is low? Lol

I was so confused when i got the golden poop room with all the coins. I got the rainbow poop room with all the pills right after so I was really confused that day. The 5 bomb beggar room was also really funny when I got it.
I have a question: once, i've got a womb room full of spikes, with two pedestal and a restock machine, is this a rare room, i didn't payed out atention and it is on the video or it is not rare enought? Also, some of the rooms like this beggar with a couple coins in the tight room i've gotten a surprisingly high amount of times, i've got the lot of moneys in cave one, as well as treasure room without item twice ( thankfully could avoid 1 of those because dreams catcher, and the other time was playing tainted cain anyways ) the library without book once ( it was yesterday too, bit not too angry because i got a souk of lilith ) , monstro with 2 blood machines and i most of the other nope, maybe some yes, but forgot
Once I just got a basement room with straight up just the virus and nothing else on my Eden run. It was decent but it gave contributed to when I would get spun later in the run

I've actually seen the bloodbank boss room before, my mind is foggy on the gurdy one but there's a chance I've seen that one too. I also seen the donation machine with the hanging man, and atleast one of the basement ones I seen the two greed enemies with the golden poop. the mushroom enemies with the tons of pills, the one with this guy 6:53 and I don't wanna keep typing so I'm ending this here.
Aside from more “commonly known” ones like the Trash item room and the itemless Red Room/Libraries and such, I’ve seen the Giga Bomb ultra secret room.
I never got a trash treasure room but I have gotten a super trash library that had a card, a heart(replaced with a lil candle because mods), a pill, and a trinket
I recently encountered the 6:13 one and was so confused. I have over 300 hours in the game and that was the first time I found any of these rooms. Ya learn somethin new every day.
Ive had the trash treasure room 4 times in 1400 hours. The last one was yesterday. Holding r for a good starting item, get the trash room. Ironically I didnt reset that room because it had the cancer trinket in it
In 3500 hours I have seen the double blood machine monstro boss fight like 3 times, the ultra secret key room like 4 times, the rare arcade with gaps like 6 times, the voodoo head curse room maybe once, the card library like 10 times. After that, I got tired of naming all the rooms in this video.
Funny enough, in my recent run with T. Cain I had room layout with 4 turrets and Loki. I didn't even know that's aome kind of rare room, just admitted that's a bit unusual boss room. Guess I got pretty (un)lucky, God I do hate turrets..

Those room types are called closets, and they usually spawn at dead ends. They have a whole wiki page about them!
I’m not sure, but closets may have a slightly different outline than normal narrow 1x1s
