I started wakeboarding at 57. Your videos have really helped me. While I'm riding, I keep telling myself "lean against the line" and "stay stacked up". I've progressed so much from that advice.
We've been surfing for the last few years but your videos have inspired me to get back on the wakeboard. Picked up a new 24' Murray board and waiting for the weekend. Excited to see if I can put some of your tips to good use.

@@anthonypearl6698 maybe? But I think it's kind of a term used when putting the rope overhead. I've never done a how to on it but honestly makes me nervous to put it out there bc it could be pretty risky for some people. Could get the rope around their neck or head

Late break but worth the wait. This is right up my alley. I love it! Back in the day I plateaued at consistent wake to wake 180’s and just had my half cab. I loved going back and forth, one after the other casually tweakin out grabs… this kind of detailed instruction/reminder is much appreciated fuel to get that back!
Btw, how about your best “fashion air” in an upcoming video? Just for old silly fun.

Had another thought about Fashion Air as I was going to sleep last night…
It would be cool if you could get some of your buds to all do their best fashion air variation with all silliness invited. Make a compilation video and we can comment as to the winner.
But still want to at least see your fashion air! Maybe a real sick one will entice your buds to compete.? It was always a joke that we threw in there often. Now my son and his friend are always saying “do a fashion air!”

Curious what speed and length you’re riding at here? My son and I (mostly my son, but ol’ Dad’s trying to learn a few tricks for his quiver as well) are newbs, but progressing. What do you think?
Let the rope out longer so they can jump one wake really far. Work on the load release drills you can find on my channel. It’s all about standing tall, creating power w body position, and maintaining connection with the hips being close to the handle.
