I don't know how you discovered this solution - but it's the only thing I've been able to find so far that works on my wallpaper border in our bathroom. I've tried vinegar & water, steaming and even WD-40 to try to cut this glue and nothing worked until I tried this! Thank you SOOO much for your video, I know it's been a long time since you posted it and not one comment, but I want you to know that it's saved my sanity!!! Now I can finally finish this project!!! Thanks again!!
Good job but the fastest was is to use a paint pan with roller let sit for 10 to 15 mins. the use a wide paddy knife to remove wallpaper it should come off easy and fast.
I just saw your video now even if it was done 2012. I didn't use dawn but l used Ajax and l boiled the water so it could get nice and hot......well l just did my kitchen! Thank you so much. Yasssz !
Dawn dish washing liquid?......Im trying the fabric softner with hot water......and the garden sprayer.....I scored the wall paper, sprayed it down several times....and this is a looonng process....and the real clincher is.....I have already bought new wall paper to put up after the old one comes down.....I still have the entire bathroom to go......I had no idea it would be so difficult to remove

someone told me to use fabric softner if I ever had to remove wallpaper, because it makes it come off easily, by just spraying it on.
That's why all home work, including lawn mowing, snow removing from driveway, I leave for my wife. She knows better how to do it.
How does it work on wallpaper that has been put directly on drywall?
