I’ve checked out the Procyon Centauri and it’s the best mod I’ve ever seen! The Centauri is a large, full-size modern SUV with a comparable level of diversity as this mod. This one however, really gives me the same sort of vibes as the Procyon Centauri did.
i'm a little surprised it *is* free- Theo (the creator) got the everloving crap pestered out of him with constant "when release?" or "is it done yet?" and I honestly felt kind of bad for him up until the car finally got released.
i loved procyon centauri for so mutch stuff too. i mean a lot of people dont even know about stop start, about dashboard info like check tires or close roof window at high speeds and a lot more. it has so mutch functions too and im stunned that these two mods are free. Love it
Its very Likely the Devs themselves will use the new Technology and features from the Mod to make newer Vanilla Cars with Rollable Windows, Detachable Roofs, and a ADAS
Honestly my only beef is the steering and suspension. I play on wheel, and the suspension feels really floaty, and you can't remove powered steering for a better road feel. Fantastic mod overall
This mod maker needs HIRED RIGHT NOW. Not only is he overqualified for the job with these cars as his resume, he's also morally ethical and not trying to charge money for one of the most worth-while mods BeamNG ever got. Or legally wise and not trying to get sued by Mazda for charging money for a knockoff MX-5. Either way, hire this man right now

I think this mod is perfect for realistic driving in beamng why? So the feature are INSANE the parking sensors the emergency brake and much more makes it perfect for realistic driving so much
i have tried this mod yesterday (when the server still having trouble loading, idk how i can still download it even when the site turning potato) and it actually pretty good and the level of detail is amazing it even exceeded the dev own creation
This mod is free, and other worst mods are several dollars. Mods should be free(at least during the time that the game is in development), and modders should have a Patreon or something if you want to help them. A mod isn't a DLC. I really glad that this modder has given his time to offer something like this to the community, and I think anyone feels the same.

The only thing that disappoints me in this mod is lagging sound when you rev it in neutral gear, although that might be due to poor PC performance. Other than that, this car is awesome in every aspect!
Unfortunately it is NOT dev quality, because you cannot adjust toe-in or toe-out on the rear suspension, resulting in very poor handling (the rear-end is not planted). It is a real pity, because otherwise it is an extremely impressive work, which in many ways goes beyond vanilla cars.

While I totally understand that most people rather want to download free mods instead of paid ones, you have to keep in mind that mods of this quality take hundreds maybe even thousands of hours to make: It’s the author‘s decision whether they want to release it for free or not. We were blessed with the CCF, but *we cannot expect all mods of this quality to be free* :)

However they where just outright average, Which leads me to believe that the paid version is most likely slightly better. And for a paid mod i expect it to be as high quality as the free CCF mod
The major flaw with this mod, like many decent mods, is the force feedback. The feedback barely functions, the wheel does self center, but there's none of the fine detail that you get from vanilla cars, and as a result actually racing it is very difficult on the limit when driving with a force feedback wheel. The result is it's not very predictable with the lack of feedback, and it's also seemingly missing brake bias tuning on top of the bad feedback, which is a real shame since that makes it borderline impossible to actually tune well, since you essentially can't trail brake without locking up the fronts. After messing with the track setup for a while, I was able to find an okay solution with the brakes, if you swap the front rotors for the less powerful ones you can get the car to brake more neutrally, but you still can't fine tune it at all, which means there's ultimately nothing you can do past that point to make it brake better which significantly limits the car. For keyboard and controller drivers of course the car will feel decent and handle rather safely on the limit, but man is it ever a disappointment on wheel. My hope is that the mod continues to get updates and eventually we get some better feedback and proper control over the brake bias.

The one bug I noticed that makes me laugh is that sometimes when it crashes or brakes by itself, it starts reversing full throttle on its own 😂
