She was on drugs for 5 years living on the streets, for three of those years I didn’t know if she was dead or alive. She came back after those 5 and was clean for 25 years. She repented, tried to right her wrong and was one of the best grandmothers ever. She walked those streets and came across many people I would’ve never even looked at. She was able to help others to recover and she believed that if God helped her then he would do the same for them. In those 5 years she met a lot of people who she was able to help, and even more people after she became sober. Had she never walked that life she never would’ve come across those people, and they would have never heard the message that God sent through her. The message that was able to get through and convince them to get off the streets before it was too late. She used to say that God was using her for his purpose and rightfully she gave him all the glory. RIP mom.
