Ghana has humbled you tonight? Really? Have you been living under a rock? Ghana has always humbled you. Just be gracious in defeat. What the hell were you clowns smoking when you thought Nigeria was going to win? You lost to Central African Republic at home and was held at home by Cape Verde. With that atrocious home record and a terrible history overall in matchups against Ghana, you taught you were going to win? This was the 51st match between Ghana and Nigeria; Ghana has won 21, Nigeria has won 10, and there has been 20 draws. And you're only now coming to the realization that you have been humbled? How the hell did you think you were good enough to face your superiors?

Ghanaians can learn a lot from his advice. It is not all about the qualification - luck played a major role in this. It is about the fact that the new coaching team have defined specific roles for each player. Previous coaches had no plans and no tasks for players. So the technical team must be congratulated for laying the foundations for change. However, there are a lot to be fixed. We shouldn't be fo0led by this qualification. We need to improve in many areas.

So unfortunate that we lost against our brothers but we still brothers
Although Ghana had the home advantage but even at that Nigerian Coach tactics was so poor... most especially when Nigeria went to Ghana... like Nigerian players didn't make much attempt to try and score and the midfield was not anything like it should have bn (is only our 4 that tried that day)
O.M.G just look at the chances we had but couldnt do anything about.. really breaks my heart that what we played in Abuja should have bn what we played in Kumasi which is to try and score at least a goal to help cover up for the home advantage ghana had

I agree with this man on the Iheanacho issue. I'm a Ghanaian and soon after the game I said the same about Iheancho to a friend in my neighbourhood. Iheanacho on the bench for Odion Ighalo? Ighalo has done his best for Nigeria but not at that crucial moment

My Nigerian brothers, let me chip in something. Not because am a Ghanaian, but am telling you after the first leg, I knew Ghana would qualify. Nigeria had the best team, Ghanains knew it and decided to counter it by putting fear in u, n unfortunately it was like your players bought it. In Kumasi they were flapping all over the place, now that was a sign of weakness, the last thing you want to show a Ghanaian is fear/weakness. The moment I saw that, I knew Ghanains as we r, will exploit and capitalize on that. Even at your home you showed a bit of weakness and that should never had happened. I know it's a game of chance but Nigeria had every reason to Qualify. How Nigeria didn't know all Ghana was looking for was the first goal is beyond me, had this game gone goalless into second half, Nigeria would have qualified, all they had to do was hold on n grow into the game. But anyways better luck next time man, you guys tried man, for real, big ups. peace ☮️

I admire the nigerian players...some quality in there any good coach can win worldcup with the nigerian squad. I think the problem is tactical deficiency. Otto Addo, on any day can use these nigerian players to win any tournament.
As a Ghanaian I can only say that this nigerian team with a better coach would be unbeatable
