Hi, do not see your link to Cobraflex in description. Without your video, we would not have known about this massive improvement in DTF.
Can't say it's the fastest press when you have to press for 20 seconds beforehand. My heatpress we use for my company pre-presses for 5 seconds and then has an 18ish second press on the film so it's almost the same :D
Pre pressing should be pretty quick. Not sure whats the status on this printer anymore. The powderless dtf had issues in the market.

Does the white ink look white or does it have a blue hue to it?
It's white however some garments dye migrate and may cause the white to absorb the pigmentation.
What’s the smallest unit for cobra flex make in this type of machine ?
I’m not sure if they’ve made a smaller unit currently.
What temperature do you use to stamp in 3 seconds?
This video was pertaining to the powderless dtf printer that we saw at the show. have we seen more info floating around on this powderless type of machines in the industry ?
I haven't seen or heard much from end users. I see Cobraflex here and there are the shows but I don't think they are dialed down. They were supposed to work with M&R on a powderless unit but I don't think it came into fruition either.

Can it is press poly t shirt or cotton 100%
Yes DTF you can press 100% cottons and polyesters. Basically anything porous, the transfer will adhere to.

I'm not sure, you would have to reach out to cobraflex to inquire about their product. We have not tested their DTF Machines. Please be sure to conduct your own research.

Don’t you have to pretreat the shirts first. I remember mccloud had a machine like this.
Do you mean pre-press? This just prints the transfers, you still need to transfer it. I think you might be referring to DTG, direct to garment
