So an employee at Gamestop sold his collection and I just happen to buy them but it was an $800 dollar game in this lot but what did I Pay for it?
Absolutely insane pick-up congrats, This is a rare event for Gamestop. There's something you said in the video, always establish a good relationship with the GameStop near you that statement is 100% fact because they will look out for you. If you happen to go back and get that Rampage let me know I'm interested in that for Saturn, That game was me and my youngest brother's favorite game on the NES. Great video and you are definitely doing it the right way with using that trade bait to level up the collection.

My god. This is nuts. It kinda makes me sick to my stomach someone would sell these to GameStop. I sold my Saturn because of the game prices. I would have bought them all. You will probably never get an opportunity like that again. Guardian heroes is a banger you left behind.

That's an amazing pile. What's incredible to me is that a GameStop in Texas, near the mothership, got these in and the employees didn't know what they were or buy them for themselves. If those hit my GameStop, they wouldn't even have been stickered. The employees would probably have fought to the death over them lol

This has to be one of your, if not the, best finds you've had! Many of these are some of the best games on the console, so finding them for half off or more is like winning a lottery! I would personally keep these forever, especially since they're so CLEAN! I do hope you at least plays some of these games, especially Astal and Shining Force 3! Burning Rangers is also one of my holy grails to find, too!

Mr. Wright Way is a time traveler from 1999 because that’s the only logical explanation for those amazing prices. Easily the best pick up I’ve seen on CZcams for 2024.
I would have bought every single one. Keep the ones I want, sold Burning Rangers to recoup the cost, traded a couple in for credit at another store, and gave a nice one away on my channel. Winning every which way.
This is an INSANE find. I'm lucky if my Gamestop even has PS4 games anymore lol.
Oldest mine carries is Wii and XBOX 360.
Personally, I’d have grabbed all of them. Even if you spent $800-900, you’d double up. I get it tho. Not easy to spend $90 a game lol

man… see I’ve been interested in the Saturn for a long time but the prices push me away from it. If I found those I would’ve finally had a reason to collect, I just can’t justify spending that much on Saturn games no matter how good they are. Cool to still see deals on them though.
Just amazing finds. Literally like shopping back in the late 90s when those games were new. They took great care of those. Congrats and enjoy!

Shining Force 3 is by far my favorite Saturn game. Playing Saturn Bomberman online is a close 2nd. Castlevania is good also

This is a situation where you buy all that is on show, all of it. Trade in your PS5 and Series games, you can buy them again whenever... Saturn, in this condition and these prices... you buy all on show.

The dude said they don’t flip them for price charting values. They do something about playability or something totally insane. From what's left, Command & Conquer and Rampage are the low priority games imho. I have a solid Saturn collection, but maaan nowadays I don't care too much for CIB with the pricier ones. Just let me get the game! Lol

I think GameStop caps out at $100 sale price for the more expensive games. If you look up any expensive game that GameStop sells, you will see that they all sell for $99.99. Good way to build your collection if you ever happen to find one

$10 & $20 TIC respectively for those sizes.
My local gamestops are some of the smallest stores in my state and whenever they get sold retro stuff there not allowed to sell in store. They have to ship out to sell online which sucks.

Did you just find that out they sell sega Saturn games how many times did you go on GameStop online store I’m always on there they been selling old console games for almost 20 years only online but Saturn is only great for fighting games that the PS1 couldn’t handle like X-men Vs street fighter that I no longer need thanks to arcade 1 up that delivers the true arcade experience the original rom when the battery dies on the Saturn all your game saves you did are deleted you have to start all over again so I don’t play on the Saturn anymore at least PS1 has a memory card you never lose your saves Sega had problems with saving games you don’t see that happening with todays new consoles you can either save your games tin the cloud or hard drive I have over 400 Saturn games I bought them when the Saturn was getting new releases

When did GameStop start taking in Saturn? They didn't even buy back Saturn back in 2004! And they all look brand new...does GameStop even have a Saturn to test these. I would suspect these are all bootleg....I mean the long boxes don't have a single scratch or shelf wear and original boxes will crack just looking at them wrong and he's opening them all one handed! That is murder on those hinges,

I think Sega Saturn is cool but it's just so expensive that's why I don't think I will get it. I bet over in Japan were it was way more popular though they can get used games cheap. I unfortunately don't live there though.
