He has been my favorite player for years because of his weird strategies. And I mean weird here in the best positive way possible. I love his out of the box play style. When you think he plays normal he cheeses and when you think he cheeses he cheeses in a normal way and there is nothing you can do. 😃

HAS is officially my favorite player. His greatest weapon is his past record of being a cheesy player, now playing mind games with his opponent before the match even started.
I still remember his mass Oracle game where he literally had no army units other than oracles. His bases were wide open but his opponent didn’t know.
This is hilarious. I haven't smiled this much during an SC2 game in a loooooooong while.
Has be like, "Zealots, Zerglings. They're both melee units that only cost minerals and start with Z. We can totally use them the same way."
both have a speed upgrade
And fast attack speed
They're also much more survivable than zerglings and can actually wreak havoc
Both are organic
Both are light units

Has's play style is such a refreshing thing to see; always keeps us guessing, even with full vision ^.^
As Lowko said: It is such easy strategy.
From my POV its about intimidation on the beginning of the map. Super aggression or tight defense when needed and keeping oponent busy so he cant scout and see THAT MANY expos.
As we could see, he then scout with probes making pylons. That warms my zerg hearth. We saw vulnerability in early game that late robo and no scout can be grave situation.

My favorite Lowko catch phrase is "tippidy toppada skill level." Unironically. No mockery at all. Makes me smile every time. I love the little quirks we all have in our speech.

Sending those first DTs against marines instead of SCVs was such a good move. He was always going to be ahead in workers, he just needed to keep Cure from attacking for a little bit, and that's exactly what he achieved

Yup, first game, cure couldn't make more production of marine so all he wanted was to delay him until the setup was ready.
It's actually the same strat rogue used to win GSL. Build mass roach and trade out with the tanks at a defecit. Mass expand. Keep smooshing with low tech.
If HAS gets better at targeting the tanks with 4 stalkers (no overkill) to trim them at the start of the engages I bet he'd see even better results
It makes it harder to clean up the DT's too, with so few marines it gave him more time to get the one out of the scan area.
Ya perhaps that, but also, how do you kill the DTs when you don't have any attacking units? :-) When their army size is super low, it makes total sense to me.

When you're playing with Has, you'll surely get involed in his mind games
"He is planting pylons like he is eating..." I want to know the ending to that sentence.
Obviously it was "He is planting pylon's like he is eating a vegan based non dairy meat (meat free) based salad and meat burger, sheesh how could you not have known that. (Oh just give me a second my meat based "real meat" burger patty is almost ready, yum yum, and my dairy based bread burger bun is looking nice after toasting it =) Life is great when you eat real food, I would love to know what a pylon taste like =) Take care

That first game, he's just playing protoss like they're zerg. Those pylons everywhere are like creep tumors.
They allow warp in almost anywhere and while warping in where the enemy is would be a nightmare for you, warping in to the position to access where the enemy is going will be a nightmare for them.
I wrote this comment before hearing Lowko make the same comment
As someone who has never played, and will likely never play SC2 even though I check your channel every day now for the last few months this was definitely one of the best games you've cast in a while. Everything was new, and hilarious to watch unfold.

Reminds me of the old "Sauron zerg" strategy from SC1, basically get as many bases as you could, then flood the enemy nonstop with low tech units. It was mostly done with Zerglings and Hydralisks (hydras were considered low-tech in SC1, and were the second unit you could get after zerglings, basically where the roach is now)
Ahh Zergtoss. My favourite race in SC2 xD what a crazy game 1 from Has hahaha

Those two Dark Templars won that first game. It was the right call to go after the army; they got a TON of value and really opened the door for that mid-game win. As soon as that army died, HAS knew he was safe to just drop a Nexus at every expansion point on the map.

While I expected HAS to win one or two games I certainly did not expect him to beat Cure in a Bo5. It's great to see people playing the game so differently while being effective.

Me looking trought the window and realizing it's night time on my coutry: good morning
HAS was using those "random" pylons a bit like creep tumors:
- They gave vision of key attack routes
- The ability to warp in units is similar to creep speed boost on defense, reinforcements and attack position. At least how HAS used it l
- At 300/300 they are extremely hard to kill, making them hard to clear up the pylon spread
In more then 1 way, he played Protoss like Zerg
StarCraft casts from Lowko get my default like, because they are one of the tippity top of my favorite content.
Seems like Has knows both himself and the enemy.

I love this series. It is incredible. I had so much fun watching it, I think this strategy HAS potential. I would love to see how some people would counter this
I dig this zergtoss strategy a lot, warpgates allow you to have a similar unit production mechanic to multiple hatcheries and larvae, pylons function a lot like creep here and if you keep non gate units alive, the onslaught of zealots, stalkers and archons can be overwhelming.
Couple days late but commenting for the algorithm. Amazing series, I'm curious to see more Has' Hybrid
best series I've seen in a while, I think it'll open the door for the likes of Zest to early expand as he like to camp outside the terran base with blink stalkers which delays any push considerably
