    TRANSCRIPT
One of the challenges we’ve seen users have on our site, sometimes, they go to use a page or a feature and they’re not sure what they could do to get there or how to get that task accomplished.
So, we’ve introduced a new thing that, there’s not really a word for it exactly, but what is is: you look at a page, there’ll be sometimes a little tiny square down there.
It’s got a purple box outline and a purple light bulb in the middle of that.
You click on that, a little thing slides out to give you some help.
Within that help then, we’ll ask what certain things you want to accomplish on that page.
If you click on one of those things, we’ll tell you step-by-step how to accomplish that task.
We find this often more helpful than other ways of giving help.
We rolled it out in different parts of the site.
It’s on certain parts of the search experience, it’s on certain parts of the tree, and we’ll put in more areas when we find more areas to help people.
So we’d love to get your feedback on that, we’d love you to try it out and let us know if that’s helpful to you.

As a teacher, I find this help feature really helpful when teaching others about using FamilySearch.
