Uta Macross Offline Rewrite - Micro Stuttering on Higher End Android Phones.

hopefully this will be fixed at somepoint becuz as old phones get older finding batterys from them will get harder and harder.

I know this problem, it can be that the game itself has not been updated it graphics drivers and on newer phone it don't know how to run this game correctly that why this has happened, I guess we can fix this by writing new graphics driver for it, on newer phone, so can you contact developers of projects and if they can do this, so, TLDR is uncompatible drivers on newer phones
