- We got evacuated off Big Thunder Mountain Railroad! For years I have always said I wanted to get evacuated off a ride at Disney! I am a lover off the behind the scene of Disney so I think things like this are very cool! The Disney Cast Members were absolutely WONDERFUL! They had us off the ride safely and so quickly. These occurrences at the parks are extremely rare but when they do happen Disney Cast Members are always so incredible to handle this situations with their evacuation procedures. After being evacuated they told us we had a multi-experience Fastpass automatically added to our magic band that was good for that whole day!

Purestock That is very interesting! I thought originally they would take us through that first exit but then when we kept walking I was curious what that exit was and where it lead out to.
And, sorry for the holdup, folks. But there seems to be a slow-moving train up ahead, so we gotta sit here for a spell. You just remain seated, and we'll be right with ya!

That’s an epic evacuation! You weren’t to far into the ride but that’s still cool! Those pathways were narrow in some areas.
Mathew & Lauren Yes this was a Disney bucket list thing for me to be apart of a ride evacuation! It would have been really neat to be outside on the track somewhere and walk those paths!
Oh my goodness!!!!!!! When I saw this video I had to comment!!! We had to evacuate thunder mountain as well! I’ll NEVER forget it because it’s my favorite ride and it was so cool to see behind the scenes! All the other people were kind of annoyed, but I was living the dream 😂 We also had to evacuate in the cave part right before the drop! Thx for sharing your experience! I’m at Disney now so maybe it’ll happen again 😉
Ella E. Oh wow! That is so cool Ella! I love hearing someone else get so excited for being evacuated! You get it girl! 😃 We are one in the same! I also had that feeling that people around me were annoyed but I was so excited to see the behind the scenes! LOL! Crazy we both got evacuated from the same area too! My 2 wishes at Disney is to be evacuated off a ride and to be The Chosen as a line timer.
aride2vegas I love it! Yes us Disney fans all get that feeling! I have been the ride line timer before with those famous red cards! It’s definitely such an iconic Disney thing! I had for years said I want to get evacuated off a ride so this was a dream come true! I think Haunted Mansion would be another really cool attraction to walk through!
