Rip Ride Rockit isn't too intense and the music feature is cool, but it can be pretty rough and isn't that great of a coaster overall. So I'd say face your fear on VelociCoaster instead because it's a better experience in almost every way. It has actual theming, a more fun layout, and is much smoother.

Saw Jimmy in concert back in 2018 here in Charlotte. Used to be a Maragitaville here several years ago too but the Universal one was cooler! That Dunder Mifflin cup is great. I still get compliments when I wear my Dunder Mifflin shirt 😂

Rip Ride Rocket is pretty intense, especially when you go down the first drop😱 but it’s cool with the music you choose when you ride. Your lapbar restraint has a touch screen on it to select the song out of several choices. And there’s secret hidden songs if you hold the Rip Ride Rocket logo in for 5-10 seconds and put a number code in. 711 for Black Sabbath’s Paranoid!🤘 The ride though can get a bit rough around the turns though. Great view of the parks from the first drop though.

That is so sad. Didn’t they get a new CEO when the State took over? The daily tickets are through the roof. That’s one of the reasons it’s going downhill. It’s a shame they require so much for their cast members and have changed so many rules.

LOVE Americana! We grill, swim at my mom’s pool and all wore our new Disney Flag shirts we purchased as souvenirs for everyone on our last week’s trip!

Thank you for bringing us along! We did this for the delux resort extended hours. My daughter and I went on Mine Train over and over. You don’t get food, but a night at a resort. I would guess if there are four people, depending on what resort you stay at, I think it would be a good deal. If you ever get the opportunity, it would be a fun comparison.

Happy Fourth of July! I saw enough fireworks this year i can handle...from the tv and to outside from the parking lot..i am staying at a hotel on this fourth of july!

There were several phones in landscape (filming the fireworks) mode ❤ - There’s hope in the world.

How long were other wait times? Like for Tron for example. To be honest the 25 min Peter Pan wait was longer than I would have thought. Just went to MK July 2 and Peter Pan was 25 min wait for us at 1030am.

Epcot was wild tonight! The crowds were some of the worst I’ve experienced at Disney in a while as a Passholder. However, here’s a tip: head to Hollywood Studios around 5:30 PM on the night of July 4th. Slinky Dog Dash had a 30-minute wait, and Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run were walk-ons. You’ll still have time to get back to Epcot by boat.

My mom and I are going in September, visiting all the parks. Top priority, for us, is going on Tiana's Bayou Adventure. I have seen several videos of it already, but I never thought about going on it after dark. That does sound really cool!

I love going out and. so for example, if it was me, I would buy you things to treat you take you out places take you to Disney World and down. A Disney after hours event is definitely on my bucket list. 😊

I was at that event a few weeks ago. I went through 6-7 bottles of soda and a few ice cream bars 🤢 . When I was leaving I had a least 2-3 soda bottles in my bag to take home - gotta get your monies worth 🤭 - I would say overall the after hours event is a good way to get a lot of low wait rides done in a few hours without the sun blasting down on you.

They used to do extended hours and early park entry for resort guests back in the day and mom and I did that quite often. I am glad your friends got to enjoy the extra magic hours with you. Cant beat the free food especially the ice cream bars. I am glad yours made it safely back home. As always Meg another Awesome vlog!!😊

I did the Studios one a couple years back since I didn’t have a park ticket. Got everything done but you beat me on snacks, I ran out of time! The Osmo looked really good for the fireworks and Peter Pan! I’ve totally done that with bottled soda before 😅

You should try using a slower frame rate and pair that with a slower shutter speed try slowing your shutter speed to 1 over 50 of a second and then try to set your frame rate to 24 fps in order for the best low light performance.

I did the MK after hour event in April! I loved it! I want to do DHS next because I feel with it being a smaller park you can ride everything you want and be able to enjoy yourself a little more. My only complaint was the transportation at night when the event was over. I was staying at the Grand and the monorail and resort boats weren’t running. So we had to take a bus that dropped off at all the MK monorail resorts plus TTC, so didn’t get back to the room until 2 AM. Didn’t want to walk back to the Grand after a long day and at that late of an hour!
