    I bought Tk75 which had good wide beam, but i wanted torch which you could switch beam on and off so bought LR40R. The flood is amazing and perfect for ny underground photos, but only downside is beam is very narrow on spot. I wish it would have same size beam as TK75 ir bigger, but beam on LR35R looks much wider than TK75. If it has good flood i might buy one just for the spot beam

    I like your review, but if you’re given the chance to own one, which will you choose to carry everyday, this Fenix LR35R or the Imalent MS06 with 25000 lumens? Which of these two light have a longer turbo run time and excellent overall beam that you can illuminate around 300 meters maximum. Thanks!!!

      I'd choose the Fenix LR35R. It's lighter and more comfortable to carry on your belt in my opinion. I also like the belt clip on the LR35R which is much more solid than most others. Overall I prefer the beam pattern of the LR35R because of the more focused spotlight. The Imalent MS06 also gives you a good beam distance but it takes more light to reach the same distance because it's less focused. The turbo will stay longer on Fenix LR35R. Just 10000 lumens compared to 25000 so you don't get so much heat in the same time. Of course the MS06 can be great for short bursts with a lot of light. I personally prefer the LR35R. ...also because of the built in USB-C charging port.

    I picked this up and it's great. can you compare this to the fenix lr40r?

      At the moment I don't have the LR40R here for a comparison.
      The main difference is the additional floodlight mode on the LR40R.
      ...and the spot is more intense on the LR40R. I still prefer the LR35R in most cases because of the portability.

      @@fenixlightswitzerland I was going to get the 40r instead of the 35 but the 35 had more candela than the 40r had at 11,000 lumens

      According to the specifications the LR40R should have almost or about double the amount of candelas compared to the LR35R.
      For me the smaller candela amount on the LR35R isn't an issue because I like the larger spot on the LR35R.

      @@fenixlightswitzerland that's only if you include the centre spot.

    Is it possible to upgrade to the 5000 mah batteries?

    • @fenixlightswitzerland
      @fenixlightswitzerland  Před 3 lety

      I haven't tested that but I believe the turbo wouldn't work with the 5000mah version. The 4000mah model should have a higher ampere rating
