Taizo is apparently under Fuyutsuki DenZo, the host club that Connor and his team went to. Apparently, he's top 13 under the Fuyutsuki group holdings which is actually impressive in itself. Though I don't think he's really the top dog since ranks can easily change. Also, I think the VP still actively works but as a Daihyo, meaning that he already graduated but you can still take him as shimei, but with the condition that you'll be spending A LOT.
