  • Margaritas are the most popular adult beverage when it comes to going out, but many people are intimidated to make them at home. Today Magicianword takes all the anxiety out of the equation and makes making a margarita as simple as two plus two. What if I told you 2+2= margarita! This simple mnemonic trick will never have you second guessing this popular cocktail again. Some of the popular ingredients these days include, Grand Marnier, cointreau, triple sec, agave nectar, simple syrup, powdered sugar, orange juice, orange liqueur, stevia, and that's just the sweet stuff! Tequilas include Patron, Lunazul, Sauza, 1800, hornitos, Margaritaville, etc. I look for 100% agave. Pick out some good limes and you are on your way.
    Fill a shaker with ice
Add the tequila, and other ingredients
    Shake well
Strain the mixture into a glass
    Garnish with a lime wedge
Sip, savor, and enjoy! Whether you're at Applebee's or at home, the perfect margarita is the perfect drink for any occasion. With its balanced flavors and refreshing taste, this classic cocktail is sure to become a staple in your drink repertoire. Cheers to the perfect margarita!"

Suzanne Somers liked tequila on the rocks. That's all you need. 🍋

How did you use the Tajin?

I just put a little agave or lime juice on the rim of the glass, and instead of the usual salt, I put Tajin on the rim of the glass for a bit of spice!

It's certainly a matter of taste but I find that cointreau is king when making margaritas. Grand Marnier imparts a cognac taste that does not belong in a margarita.

I was out... I like to make it with Cointreau, then do a g.m. floater. But I experiment a lot...lol. Thanks for the comment . 👍

@@magicianword Theres a french orange liqour (only remember the flag) it is right in between the GM and Cointreau. I like all 3.
