Now I’m mad 😂😂😂 Do you know how easy it is for me to start a new game in general??? Then I forget to set certain aspects of MCCC just to realize I messed up and start all over again? 😂😂😂 Girl, thank you for this. This will come in clutch for when I need to update it next time.

Lol, same. I haven't actually played the game in forever, and this would be more useful to me... if I would just stop deleting the entire MCCC folder🤦‍♀️ 🤣
No problem, though. Just don't forget you have a backup(if you make one) and don't delete it, like me 😅😆

There are many ways to accomplish saving your mccc settings
for a game/mccc update. Here are a few TIPS
1. Make sure you make a copy of your EA folder(specifically
your save, tray, and mods), so you will always have a copy of your mccc settings.
2. When extracting from the New MCCC zip file, you can just copy the files and click replace when pasting them into your mccc folder. (The mc_settings file is generated by the game, so it won't be replaced)

THANK YOU SO MUCH! My sims grandpa died because it didn't save my custom age span, and now he is alive! (With 4 days left but whatevah) I like to throw something I call a death party ( sounds morbid but I have my sims die at a party so they can spend their last moments with family)

No problem 😄 I don't know if this can bring sims back from the dead, though. It doesn't sound morbid at all. It actually reminds me of a "celebration of life party."

@@Nyxtressgames I exited without saving and it put the file back, and he was live so I guess it can. My elder lifespan is about 3x the length of the normal elder so most of my elder sims would probably die without it.
