Impressive work: show Mem and say Heres your memory usage, then show Swp and say "This is your swap usage". Truly enlightening . Care to explain colors maybe? :)

I knew the creator of htop before knowing he did it. He is a Brazilian called Hisham Muhammad. I knew him in a Lua conference because he is one of the maintainers of luarocks package manager.

Been using it since 2007 and never tried to customize it even though I did need some modifications.
It's sad it doesn't have disk usage column which could be used in sorting.
I know there is iotop and atop, but it would have been cool to have that here.
    Thanks for the video!

You can add Disk I/O columns in 3 flavors, Read, Write, and Total I/O.
      Just goto setup > columns

Problem with htop is that it doesn´t kill the processes I want ( example Firefox when it freezes), I have to use Stacer.. Stacer kills them right away.

Why is this so "essential?"-- everything it shows is in the monitor programs with every distro-- and who really pays attention to that crap anyway?? NOT meant as a putdown to HTOP or its users in ANY way-- I just have NO need for it.
