Everybody is interested in 15 sec reels and getting instant dopamine massage but no one is interested in knowing the journey of our aspiring young entrepreneurs!

Zomato doesn't care about their delivery partners. They don't provide flexible hours. Partner Support team is also not good. They're providing very very cheap quality Raincoat. And bag also.. they just don't listen to delivery partner

My question : If you say that speaking the truth is your vision and goal. Then why do we monetize restaurant listing on the " trending section"
This will definitely not be the truth to the customers.
As a layman, I would want to trust zomato for what they are showing me on trending section.
Rather, that listing is totally based on what a restaurant is paying to come on trending page.

Can we relate Mr Deepinder Goyal's vision to large number of Zomato owned cloud kitchens in coming future from which they could deliver good and healthy food?

This - food delivery services - Zomato and the likes; will end up creating more problems for India than the so-called solutions they apparently deliver. Time will tell, and tell for sure, after 2024. Once upon a time, Facebook connected friends till it didn't. Investors' idea behind zomato and the likes is grab/control of restaurant business, painstakingly built by its owners. Pandemic gave wings to investors' aspirations, but the euphoria is short-lived. investors will pay the price after 2024 because consumer demand is shrinking while inflation is inching up. Founders like Deepinder are pawns of investors...decorated pawns. The investors have made a fool of themselves by investing in the likes of zomato and swiggy. Zomato has no purpose, except making money. If there was a purpose, they would have articulated it by now. Zomato is cheap capitalism
