This property is very nice indeed but missing a few key elements one is an oversized bathtub for those of us who enjoy a nice long soak in an actual tub and two the showers are all very standard where the water gets all over the place. Why would they not install a plexiglass divider to shield the toilet from being wet up. Lastly is this property airconditioned throughout?

Why build a "modern" apartment without a divider between shower and toilet, disappointing

In fact, we congratulate the owner, a young Gambian who came from nothing and worked his way, investing his money into something that can build generational wealth, unlike someone people who do the opposite.

That's exactly what I thought and why would you build this type of place without at least one oversized bathtub? Not everyone prefers showers as there is nothing that can top a relaxing bubble bath so I can read and enjoy a nice glass of wine. Like dang! c'mon you guys lol!
