- Motorway services in the early 1980's! They have certainly changed these days. We look at some services which open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and they offer young people a variety of job opportunities in shops, in catering, and on the forecourt. From my own personal collection of N1700 video tapes. Uploaded purely for educational purposes only.

This is why you need life experience before becoming a manager. A 17 year old is far too young.
@@Aerojet01 Totally agree. Someone who is more rounded and who can relate to people and humans varied lifestyles would help! I think I'd be looking for alternative employment if that bint was my boss!

Simon blew it straight away, you're supposed to be wear a vis-vest/jacket when you go out on the forecourt so motorists can easily see you.

Ha ! 17 yo trainee manager. I hated that where I used to work. - I started there when I was 30, I worked there for 12 years, and they put some snot-nose who was barely out of school in charge of me, thinking they knew everything.

17:45 "Lunchburger" time at 2pm! I always thought that, by defintion, a 'lunchburger' (one word) could only ever be eaten between 12 noon and 1:30pm, and any other time you will get violent gastric spasms. These motorway types are mavericks with living their lives in the fast lane....
