Omg that is insane I think the longest flight I ever took was 4 hours lol I haven't been outside of Europe. A few times I went by (night) train but that also never took longer than 15 hours I can't even image traveling for that long!!

This video is more along the lines of your Advanced videos. Usually the intermediate ones are spoken a bit more slowly.

Cuando las personas con el pelo excesivamente graso, se lo lavan a diario para causar mejor impresión y no parecer que son unos guarros desaliñados, al final es *PEOR* para el cuello cabelludo y las glándulas de la dermis porque les obligas a realizar un trabajo *extra* que no deberían. Un dermatólogo puede confirmartelo, es mejor dejar pasar un tiempo entre lavado y lavado, si se puede una semana, pero se necesitan varios meses para que recupere un ritmo adecuado.
